They have a promotion where if you order 20 sliders on the app you can get a crave case thermal bag to keep the food warm, the apps font is so massive that I literally can not even navigate the food to even place anything into my cart. I went inside to ask if they could still honor the promotion while showing them their app wouldn’t let me place an order and all I got was that’s too bad your phone isn’t compatible. It was the tone of how I was told vs them not willing to compromise with me and the inability to fulfill the prerequisites of the promotion due to the fault of the app. I asked if they had the bags in house and they confirmed they did so I dint know why it would be that big of an issue

Cashier screwed up my order. She gave me onion rings instead of the chicken rings I ordered. Just as I was handed my food and discovered it a guy came in from outside who had the same problem when he went through the drive through. Once I got my correct order the food was good.

This had to be the worst experience ever. For the DT attendant, please make sure your headset is off before you talk about your customers. The headset was live for a good 5 to 10 minutes before you even acknowledged that we were there. I got to hear how you thought it was funny that a customer complained about how slow you guys were. “C’mon, it’s white castle. What do you expect?!” Also, please don’t swear with a live mic when your customers have to have their window down. My toddler got to learn some new words. We were told to pull up after finally being “helped” but because the line was already super long, we just came inside since pur order was placed online 30 minutes ago. That’s when I found out that the workers were no where near starting our order. There was one worker cleaning and another was folding boxes. There were another 2 workers working the line. Maybe after 20 minutes, someone finally told the guy folding boxes to help with making food. The fries and onion rings were stale and cold. Apparently, those were the only things ready at 6:41. So they were sitting on the table for almost an hour. Also, when handling food, please wear gloves. I know the pickles came in a plastic bag, but the bag can’t be used as a glove. Especially since it didn’t work and your hand still touched the pickles in the container. Luckily, my burgers were done, so good luck to the people who came after me. This was a mobile order placed at 6:17 and was supposed to be ready at 6:41. We walked out at 7:32.
I hope corporate reads this. I hope the food inspector shuts you guys down. I hope you guys get some new workers and management. You guys need a refresher course on customer service. I understand it’s just white castle, but customers are paying for a service. An order that costs $84, shouldn’t be cold and stale.

I would like to give no stars but its not an option. Worst customer service ever. Clearly the employees don’t want to do their job. I was told by the man that took my payment to pull ahead by the sign that says ” Crave Delivery”. After waiting for 15 minutes, and No One else was in the line, I backed up to the drive thru window and asked the girl where my order was. She had the audacity to say I couldn’t find you. What BS!! Clearly you didn’t look and was too lazy to go outside and deliver my food even though the other employee told me to pull up. There was no other customers even in the store. Pathetic work ethic. Then, when I got home, the order was completely screwed up. This isn’t rocket science!

I love getting White Castle every now and then, When the service is good. I dont know what it is about this location, but I have had to many disappointing experiences here. It used to be they took longer than ten minutes to get your food thru the drive-thru. This time they got my order wrong. No one has time to get back in line to have their order fixed. This location lacks leadership. Avoid this location if you dont want a headache.

WHAT IN THE HECK IS THIS ON MY SANDWICH? I went here today and ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich from the drive-thru. I bit th3 sandwich and it tasted strange. So I opened the sandwich and this is what I saw. It isn’t mold. It looks like cook rodent drippings. I returned to them and said, “Escuse me” twice but was ignored. The third time I yelled. When they responded I demanded my money be returned from the manager. I’ve been feeling nauseous all day. DO NOT eat ANYTHING here!

Lmfao the service here sucks . No sense of urgency . No customer service . I walked in the three people behind the counter.Looked at me and then looked at each other almost like they were trying to figure out who was gonna take care of me.Only for them all to walk away.And continue what they were doing.I waited around another nine minutes and was not asked if my order was taken . I finally got fed up and walked out.I am sick of giving money to places like this.That don’t care about customer service. Avoid this location because this is not the first time.This has happened every single time I come to the store.The wait time is extremely long.I live two blocks away and probably will never come to this location again

I always love white castle. However the last 3 times I’ve gone thru the drive thru its been BAD. 2 Times in a row I asked for everything on my burgers .only to be disappointed when I bit into a DRY burger. I never complained. Tonight I checked my burgers before pulling away. You guessed it no mustard n ketchup. I told the guy 2 times. The girl that took my money was a deer in the headlights. They remade my Sliders w. So much mustard n ketchup they weren’t edible. It’s was like she did it for spite. It wasn’t my fault . I’m never going back except to see the manager.
