Absolutely disappointed one in the behavior of your staff also, the fact that he repeated my order and still got it wrong. I do not know what’s going on. I was completely polite, but the disrespect is unbelievable at this place. I understand the onions may be placed next to it, which is totally understandable but when you have onions all over your burger and you’ve just wasted six dollars you can’t eat that’s ridiculous. Then I also asked for a drink which I did not receive and I was told that I would have to be charged for it. The window was slammed in my face and I think that is just disrespectful. Training is obviously mandatory in some places and maybe that’s what your store manager is missing his training this staff. I’m not sure what is really going on over there, but maybe an evaluation needs to be done. Either way. I definitely will not be going back and it may not seem like a big deal but it is because I will be contacting corporate as well as to let them know exactly what is going on in that store.

Well after all, it’s only White Castle. Basically just a ‘break’ from the day. You really can’t get full on this food, nor should you want to!
Kids Love McDlds, and adults just ‘Crave Sliders’!
That being said, this location hits the mark on everthing, just a fun food experience till we find a chance to have a real meal.
As l said it’s basically a ‘nice snack’, so just enjoy it!

I love the young people that work in this location. They make you feel welcome. I come in about once a month and they always remember my order. I’m guilty of getting the same thing everytime . Thanks for a great evening you guys.

I frequent WC often mostly in Chicago but monthly my husband and I go to Oak Lawn and settle for WC out of all other restaurants because I love their SL smoothies. We went to the counter instead of the drive-thru and had the worst experience. We had a coupon and I asked to upgrade one drink to a SL smoothie. The young man did not read back the order, I paid $12.99 on a BOGO meal with upgrade (or so I thought) and the receipt was not itemized. I had to wait until the young man came back to the register to ask what I had paid for as he went to work on the order and had giving us one medium and one large cup, no smoothie 🙁
Another young man came to the register who I am guessing is in management asking what the issue was and totaled a new order quoting a different price of $11.01. I slid him the $12.99 receipt and told him we had already paid. He did not seem frustrated to me as he had to get the keys to undo and redo the transaction. When finished he walked towards the first young man and asked if he made the smoothie and he said he had not. The manager (second gentleman) got a cup of brown liquid with strawberries from the fridge at the front end, frozen strawberries from the freezer at the front end, some lemonade powder, blended it all together then poured it into the same cup. Again, I use the drive thru almost always and the finished product looked normal. When I tasted the smoothie it was the most bitter and disgusting aftertaste that I have ever tasted from WC. I filed a complaint online and the manager called me apologizing saying the concoction was the strawberries and yogurt. WC how are the smoothies made, an inquiring mind wants to know?

I’m a big fan of White Castle, but my last visit was really disappointing. The staff was friendly, but the drive-thru was *incredibly* slow. The food tasted old, and my last order was so bad I couldn’t eat it after the first bite. This location used to be great, so I’m not sure what’s going on anymore.

Solid location offering fast service in a clean environment. And they get your order right. Food is prepared competently, so if you know what to expect from a typical White Castle, then you will enjoy what this particular location has to offer.

Excellent service! I messed up my order because it had been years since I’ve been home. Once I said what was wrong the staff explained where I went wrong and got me everything I wanted with a smile.

We placed a mobile order. It was pretty easy. However, when we picked up our order, they kept being a little confused. When we finally got our order and went home, all of our fries were missing , and we weren’t that close to just run back. Quick word of advice, double check your order before leaving. Overall, food was good .

Absolutely Shocking how this place has gone to the dogs.
I have been going to this location at 95th & Cicero for over 57 years.
I went there Sunday about 1:00 pm in afternoon.
I was the only customer. I ordered my food .
And said it was for dining in.
They gave me a To Go bag. So I sat down to eat, one of my Double Cheeseburgers, was Actually Completely Side ways in the small carton they come in.
The meat patties were on the bottom of carton. It looked like someone dropped it on the floor, then stepped on it, and put in carton for me to eat.
I was mad, I was just so disappointed.
I went up to counter, and showed them, and simply asked for a new one.
The Cook gave me a very dirty look, and they gave me a new one.
When I sat down to eat the rest of my burgers, none of them had Pickles?
I love the Pickles, i never said “No Pickles “
At this point, I said to myself.
Wow, i guess I can’t come back here anymore.
What a shame.
How could they possibly Screw up so badly on something that’s been around for Generations??????
I will make a formal complaint to the corporate office. If they dont know how bad there products are being sold. They can’t fix the problem.

Foods good. They always forget things here. They never give you the right sauce you ask for. A lot of remakes and a lot of fountain drinks tasting awful. It’s also dirty inside. A lot of homeless hangout here.
