Ordered a mcgriddle meal and sausage biscuit meal. Went through drive through, they had me pull fwd and wait for hash browns. Waited 30min, got food, went home and food was 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and a sausage burrito. With no hash browns. This location is easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve consistently had. I recommend it to no one.

Every time I come here, I order ahead on the app thinking it’ll save time. Curb side it’ll take a good 15+ min after the app says it’ll be right out. Drive-through they have me pull fwd and park and wait 20 min. A good 90% they have my order wrong.

First of all I didn’t get my tickets for my food so I asked the lady and she gave me and my friend attitude we were being nice to her and telling her about it we understand they were busy but the way she was rude and say it wasn’t her problem as well as a girl in a pink neon jacket was being rude and blaming it on us and being rude to us this is so rude and they way she argued with me was not it at all especially if we were being nice
Also my burger isn’t even cooked well so I didn’t even get to eat it

The rating isn’t fully the establishments fault.
It’s the prime location for college students cramming for exams needing a meal, drunk students needing that hangover buffer after barhopping and all patrons in between.
The workers are probably stressed and over it. It’s intense and hard to maintain cleanliness when drunk students are hurling on the sidewalk and throwing their trash onto the ground.
Food is food. ♀️
Support your campus mcd’s and do better for the team that work to get your munchies filled.

This McDonald’s is always slow. Every time I come they have us pull up and wait. Doesn’t seem to mater the size or complexity of the order. Today they had 4 cars lined up waiting.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and then proceeded to wait 22min at 10am with not more than 2 other people in the lobby. When I asked if they knew where my order was someone walked around and found it sitting on the back counter. Food was completely cold and when I tried asking the same lady about it she just turned around and walked away. Lived near this location for years but after this I will never return

I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes and sausage McGriddle and when I got to the window I was missing my pancakes so I asked where my pancakes where the lady working the to go window turned and started speaking Spanish to another lady with a vest on that lady came up to the window and said u did not order the pancakes with ur order I showed here the receipt and she said its not on here and the driver through guy came up front and said something in Spanish and she looked at me and said u did not order that I said to the driver through worker I asked what all came with the big breakfast and Pancakes he said I told u and I said I told u I’ll take one he said yes so I asked the manger who did not identify herself off she can fix my order she said I’ll have to refund ur money and charge u more I said ok and I asked her to make sure my pancakes where in the order she said I’m just going to refund your money and walked away when she came back she did not say anything other then hand me my money and walked away and the drive through lady shut the window I called twice asking for the general manager but the first time I was told she wasn’t there and they hung up the phone the second time I called they finally told me her name which is Danielle and I asked when does she go in the lady on the phone said she comes and goes. There is no work ethics, they treat customers like crap. Obviously the Gm is not there to keep the employees in line. And idk if they where that desperate to hire that manager who was so disrespectful so sad I would not recommend this place

Horrible service. I waited 30 minutes for my cheeseburger before going to the counter to ask about it, only to find out it hadn’t been made. They then prepared one in about a minute, but it was dry and cold. I definitely won’t be going back.

The food is so expensive now, before it used to be the same price for a normal mcchicken and a spicy mc chicken but now the spicy mcchicken is more expensive. They also removed the $5 meal deal which is weird as when I go down to springs it’s still there. Lastly it’s like why would I pay $15 bucks for this food when Dave’s hot chicken is right there. Everything else is pretty good though it’s only the prices.

Been sitting in a court room for jury duty for the last 5 hours and needed my first meal of the day. My order was all sorts of messed up. I ordered one single meal and they managed to forget my straw, all my dressings, and the chicken on my sandwich was completely inedible. Will be telling others to watch out for this location.
