It’s often debated what’s the best burger in the USA. While it’ll always be a debate, everyone knows about White Castle! Even if you’ve never tried it or it’s not in your state….you know about it. If you’re ever near one, DO IT!

This was the worst fast food I have ever had in my life. The bread was hard and the was stale. You can see in the photo how the cheese was ripped off when I opened the sandwich up. They fries were under cooked and the burger sliders were nasty but at least the bread was soft. I wish I could get a refund, worst $20 I spent for four sliders, two fries, and two drinks

On 8/30/25 at 2:45am, We had a 17 min wait. Customer service was poor by employee #408. She had an attitude. Not polite, no offers were promoted and lied and said there were no new drinks were being offered. The Cashier was on her phone for a long time before servicing and touched drink kids after handling cell phone. The food was not bad other than fries were very bland. Very poor service and needs to be addressed

I pull up to go to the drive-thru, and the gentleman can’t speak English. And I’m not trying to insult him. I’m saying he literally is speaking gibberish saying things like mhfdygg.
I thought I was stroking out. Say forget it. Let me pull in to go into the store …. Door’s locked

He had a friend that never tried white castle hamburgers before… We ordered some… The weight was very lengthy… The cheese fries and the onion rings.We’re awesome.

Terrible customer service I have complained about before. The manager is rude too and told me that he works with high schoolers so they don’t care so there is nothing he can do. Tell them what to do, when they don’t do it, write them up, if they get 3 write ups, FIRE them. I am up here now again the 3rd time I have clearly ordered the same thing and this new person here is messing with customers in front of me having to call her love to ensure their order is correct and then I am up here about them not putting in two of an item so have to come back and order it. the sack of hash browns was all stuck together and that was what he said he could not fix the ball of hash browns with the soaking grease bag. Better training on fryers with that. Just ridiculous and bad customer service. The customer is always right. No one is being rude to you when ordering food and trying to think for a moment to be sure that their order is right and for the other people they are ordering for. 4 sandwiches 2 of the same kind and two hash browns is not a Wild order..
