I like White Castles food I find myself eating there once a week.. Foods not the problem. “Customer Service” is the problem. I went there for a specific item, WAFFLE breakfast sandwiches. So when I placed my order The first thing I asked for was 3 sausage egg n cheese WAFFLE sandwiches. unfortunately I did not check my bag until I got home 15 miles away. I pull out my sandwiches and of course did not get what I ordered Hence leaving this review . So I called to try to fix the issue. Not only was the manager rude she blatantly said it was my fault because 1, SEC (sausage egg n cheese) breakfast sandwich on a bun is what she told me I ordered (bun and Waffle dont sound like each other even a little bit) i went there for the Waffle sandwiches specifically as previously stated. 2 she tells me I should have checked the receipt. 3rd checked my food b4 I left. When I ask, “how do we resolve this since im so far away now?” She proceeded with her additude and told me, “my only option was to bring in the sandwiches she will exchange them for the ones I supposedly ordered, and I wasn’t her concern how far away I am currently from the fast food chain ” like I was just calling to get new Waffle sandwiches for free because the 45 dollars worth of food wasnt enough I want to eat the ones I DIDN’T WANT n get what I could for free … WoW right. I didnt get what I ordered ” the entire reason i went to white castle’. I did get AN ADDITUDE completely on the house. ADDITUDE is free i guess even if they dont place it on the menu … Apologies must cost extra the KICKER to the entire situation is, IF THE DIGITAL DRIVE THROUGH SCREEN ACTUALLY WORKED/FIXED I COULD HAVE SEEN SHE PUT OR HEARD THE WRONG SANDWHICH AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION B4 IT WAS A SITUATION. Food was expected for a fast food restaurant. The interior was tired and dated, needs a deep cleaning for sure. There were no paper towel in the bathrooms and no air dryer. The Coca-Cola machine wasn’t functioning as well, had to have the staff give us soda from behind the counter. A positive thing is that the people here are generally nice and attentive to your needs.

I was uncertain what to do or where to stand when I went inside. Place seems very dingy and dark. There were several ppl standing around and couldn’t tell who was in line or not.
The person on register was in training so that was fine, expected it to be a little slow when I realized that.

The food, I got 4 cheese sliders and fried cheese rings. I barely ate 1 of the sandwiches. Idk what the “flavor” is on their “meat” but it was not my taste, tasted like it was a paste as well. The cheese also was not melted, that sucked. I have no idea why the sliders are so popular, they taste horrible. But everybody had different tastes.

The cheese rings were glorious, I only got a 3 piece, lucky, bc it’s a lot of cheese and I barely finished it only bc it was so much cheese. They were crunchy and delish.

All in all, I might be back and try the sloppy Joe’s sliders in hopes it doesn’t have that same seasoning as the classic sliders and will certainly get another order of cheese rings. I hope the atmosphere is a little better next time. Perhaps it was simply bc they were busy and trying to keep watch on training while helping customers.

I ordered two cheeseburgers without the middle bun and a six-piece chicken ring with honey mustard. When I got to the order my receipt was correct and when the worker handed my bag he made sure to say that the honey mustard was in the bag. Turns out I had no cheeseburgers. I had three single patties burgers and my six piece with honey mustard. My complaint is the worker at the window. Confirmed my honey mustard but didn’t double check my cheeseburgers. For some reason I think he knew my order was messed up and by him mentioning the honey mustard sauce. I figured my order was correct and I didn’t check my bag right away. By the time I figured it out I was already on highway 10 heading home.

Service just flat out sucks, I wouldn’t normally say this. If you have an extra 10 to 20 minutes to order food there by all means. Otherwise it is quicker for a sit down restaurant.

Was the first time that I had gotten White Castle for my children everybody there was extremely nice and extremely helpful with everything that we were doing and extremely patient with all four of my kids bounce around wanting to eat the sandwiches sliders everybody there was super nice and very helpful and explaining what was going on and what was available and the fact that I missed the side menu for the larger portions that I wanted to get instead of ordering a bunch of little portions everything came very quickly everything tasted amazing and highly recommend it as always don’t ever go anywhere.

Carmen did such a wonderful job I came here at 4:00 in the morning and her customer service was wonderful and she really did a phenomenal job and was very nice and at 4:00 in the morning it’s hard to have someone be nice to you that’s been working all night and this lady did a magnificent job five stars plus another hundred more good job Carmen and great job White Castle for hiring such a wonderful person

I’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t had a decent experience in months!! I visit the late evening and nights and they’re always rude and cold food. What happened this place used to be great? Even the district manager reached out to me but when I tried to have a conversation with him I haven’t heard back. I’ve told my friends to avoid the castles now as all locations have plummeted. I’ll spend my money elsewhere at least other businesses have employees who are kind to us older folk. Can’t even get a senior discount added anymore as they “forget” I’m the one who supposed to be forgetting not some 20yr old who’s clearly to high to function. Also the parking lot is always so full of trash and with the lobby locking at different times each day I have to piss in the lot!!

Nasty I would never eat here and worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll wait 20 min for rude service and nasty food store manager doesn’t even wash her hands. They had a fire in the fryer and still served all the food after an employee put the fire out with the fire extinguisher. Still served fries and chicken and burgers that had been hit with the fire extinguisher foam. Seen a team member sweep the floor then put gloves on and never wash their hands. Then she used her phone with the same gloves and then went back to making orders. Plus employees fake nails long as hell and hair not restrained and half way down her back. After seeing this I’ll never eat at wc again.
