Went here to dinner with my husband and his family and it was great! I haven’t had Cheesecake Factory in years because the one we always went to was mid. This one was on a whole different level! The food was excellent and the service was great too! We shared the steak frites and caesar salad and both were soooo amazing! We also had some type of lettuce wrap for a starter and I was in love!

The Cheesecake Factory, let me start by saying how excited me and my wife were to indulge in such food. The scenery as well as the environment were great, everyone was outgoing and polite. Cheesecake factory is upscale Casual Dining restaurant so I suppose I expect a better or more of a Higher outcome. They’re busy on nights I suppose, me and my wife made a reservation arrived 15 minutes early and still ended up waiting an extra 17 Minutes. Then we had gotten sat down My silverware was covered in water marks which usually I’ll just wipe clean but I was just kinda disappointed this being the restaurant it is, I had asked the waiter for new silverware which just ended up getting more water marks on so I did the good ole wipe away. Once we sat down we had received our Appetizer which was the ( Fried Macaroni And Cheese) which with a side of ranch is to die for delectable and delicious in all the right spots. Then we’ve received our meals I had gotten the (Bang Bang Shrimp and Chicken) and my wife had gotten the (Chicken Madeira) which she found to be delicious as well. Food was Great 9/10, service was great 7/10, price affordable 9/10.

We went for my daughter’s 12th birthday! I ordered the blackened chicken that came with rice, beans, plantains and pineapple which was amazing. I also had the lemon drops .. they were top tier!! We had the best server and her name was Jessica!

Best overall experience we’ve quite possibly ever had at any restaurant! The food was amazing! The service was impeccable! Our server Juliah, was absolutely phenomenal! Our drinks stayed filled, she checked on us exactly enough to make sure we had the best dining experience! And all this while she juggled multiple guests as they were very busy . Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for that extra WOW at an affordable price!

Six for dinner. Our waiter was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Huge menu so there is something for everyone. Of course, the desserts were to die for. Literally perhaps, so much sugar, so many calories, but so delicious. I forgot my card in the restaurant and our waiter came outside and waited for us to drive by so he could return it. The kids loved our waiter. I have now tried the incredible vegetarian burger. It’s okay, but I don’t need to try it again. My vegetarian granddaughter loved hers.

Being from out of town I wanted to try The Cheesecake Factory in Huntsville! It definitely did not disappoint ! I ordered the salmon, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But the real star of the show was the coconut cheesecake… oh my word, it was out of this world! So rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxing meal with my friends . I’ll definitely be back as soon as possible!

I got the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and my boyfriend got the Tomato Basil Pasta. He had originally ordered something he had before but couldn’t remember if he liked it. Our waitress was super helpful and informed us their website menu has pictures for all the items! We checked it out and he ended up switching to the Tomato Basil Pasta. Everything was delicious as always, and our server was absolutely amazing.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s family birthday dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, and what could have started as a stressful evening turned into a truly wonderful experience.
I attempted to make a reservation online but discovered reservations are limited to parties of six, while our group had ten. Wanting to be proactive, I arrived about 30 minutes early. Initially, we were told the wait would be an hour and a half, which was discouraging, especially since we had four grandparents in their 80s who simply couldn’t stand and wait that long.
I spoke with the manager, Brit, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He listened with genuine care, showed empathy for our situation, and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, we were seated within 15 minutes of our reservation time. His calm, respectful, and solution-oriented approach completely changed the tone of the evening.
Once seated, everything else was just as wonderful. The service was attentive and friendly, the food was delicious (as always), and the atmosphere made my daughter feel truly celebrated on her birthday. We will definitely be back!

We had a great date night at The Cheesecake Factory. There was a short wait, but it ended up being only half of the time they quoted us. The environment is fancy & comfortable, with busy restaurant noise. We would’ve preferred less music over the sound system, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious. We chose Chicken Potstickers as an appetizer and Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp and Fish & Chips as our entrees. Everything was unique and flavorful! For dessert, we got two cheesecakes to go (how could we not?) Salted Caramel and Chocolate Cheesecake. Our waitress was knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a great place for a dinner date night, a little noisy, but it made up for it with the taste!
