Burgers don’t taste like they used to be bacon was burnt, and some of the bacon was raw and undercook they don’t do a good job on the burgers or anything anymore. This place has gone downhill it’s sad because I really like White Castle.

I haven’t had White Castle in years and had the craving for some greasy sliders. I had looked at delivery but also know that going in person saves some money. Uber Eats has each cheese slider at $1.57 and in person is $1.25 and when you’re buying 20 sliders that adds up.
So I get to the drive through and one car ahead of me. Their order was taken and they move up. I approach the speaker and they immediately say one moment. Not a big deal ok it’s a Sunday maybe not enough people so I wait. 15 minutes I waited. Right as I was about to drive away they come back to take my order. I pull up to the window and wait. Another 15 minutes. As I was waiting I was seeing people inside get their orders. Why was mine taking forever?
The food was delicious and hit the spot. It was hot even so at least they got that right. Just be wary of long drive through wait times.
And to be clear this isn’t all on the workers but on the management. I only saw two people working that clearly isn’t enough to keep pace. It wasn’t even busy.

My sister, my fiance and I all drove a half hour to get there and it was so worth it! The 3 young men were so nice and respectful. The restaurant was clean. And the food was freshly made. I definitely recommend going here.

Pulled up to drive thru at 7pm and it said closed. They answered anyway and took our order. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and brought them home. Every burger had burnt bacon and tasted like it had sat for a week. Buns were dry and onion and pickle flavor I used to crave not there

I went at about 23:30. One car in front of me. I had to pull out of line because it wasn’t “fast” food. I waited about 10 minutes for a few sliders and a sack of fries. I know I’ll wait extra minutes, normally, at the Castle, but this was extreme and I was picking up people from the airport.

Not as good as it used to be. Liked it when the bun was glued to the meat. But now the bun is dry and not as many onions or pickles on the burger, that’s where the flavor came from.

The employees were fantastic to interact with—exceptionally friendly, approachable, and genuinely understanding. Their great sense of humor added an enjoyable touch to the experience. This occurred around 4:30 to 5:00 PM. I will definitely return here, even though this location is about an hour and forty-five minutes away from my home.
