Took a seat at the bar. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and friend ordered a beer. Was served but waited 25 min. for the bartender to come back or for one of the many workers talking to take a little initiative. Out of principle, I asked someone if I could pay so I could go. The person was nice enough to not charge for the two half drinks. Very poor experience and I even considered the fact that they were short handed. People just don’t care no matter where you go.

My wife and I eat here often, the foods always good and given that my wife is extremely picky about her steak they’ve yet to not get it right. On this visit a waitress spent more time sitting in a booth next to us talking extremely loud then she did waiting on her tables on the other side of the restaurant. This is not a usual occurrence here but found it rather annoying in the hour and half we stayed no manager ever came out and she spent 2/3 of her time sitting in that booth talking. This is the reason for the lower service star but don’t let it discourage still a great place to go we frequent it often on Date nights bc my wife loves her steak & salad from here.

Great place for a relaxing weekend for a late lunch. Drinks at the bar are awesome and Caleb our bartender-server always remembers our name and what we like to eat. Nice to go into a place and feel at home. Steaks are wonderful and I love,love,love the sweet potato with all the goodness on top. It’s like a dessert with your steak! Can’t beat Texas Roadhouse in Hixson,TN.

Top notch in quality, excellent food, fantastic service, and very clean. We were here on a busy Saturday at 2pm, seated in less than ten minutes. The time between being seated and served… We were seated, immediately asked and served drinks, order taken, food on the table in about 15 minutes. Staff were all friendly and checking in with us. Absolutely worth the long drive, looking forward to our next visit… GET GRANNY’S APPLE PIE!!!

The best part of the meal was the ice cold Coca-Cola. We waited outside for 20 minutes, in the July heat, for a table and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Steak was bland. Salad was good. Service was good.

Our appetizer was hot and delicious, and the beer was ice cold. But, the quality wasn’t there for the rest of the meal. We ordered two steaks medium, and both were over cooked. My baked potato was undercooked. Our daughter ordered pulled pork which tasted fine. All of our food was too salty and not hot, so it had been sitting before being brought to the table.
