Underneath diamonds management I was greeted by a gentleman name, Javon, his service was excellent. He greeted me very well and he was very professional also courteous he set the standard of how I would like all my service at any white castles. Diamond was extremely professional over the phone and I rate this my cast a five star overall thank you I appreciate the late night service and the 24 hours that this white Castle stays open!!!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even with my Uber eats orders. They may miss the sauce but its not enough to drop star. I do have a suggestion… maybe have delivery drivers pull up to a separate window (instal another window) they park walk up show the phone with all the information and get gone. 1 new person on each shift that manages only pickup orders.BAAMMM!!! u just raised your rating from 3.9stars to 4.3

We’ve been to white castle a few times now (we’re from Canada) and I just feel they are a little over hyped. Not bad food for the price, but really nothing too too special! I do recommend the chicken and waffles though, but highly recommend getting syrup with it, or else it is very dry and plain! Tried the mini cheesecake on a stick for the first time this time as well, and it was pretty good for coming from a fast food place. I like the mini size, just enough to curb that sweet tooth craving after eating some greasy food!

The lady light skin heavy set lady was unprofessional and slow with my food… after receiving my food I waited 5 minutes for a few drinks. And I know she was moving slow on purpose because when I commented on it she proceeded to move slower. Very unprofessional and you should do better and move with purpose or find a job you take pride in

This is an edit, not a single pickle or onion on the 10 sliders, just drowned in Mustard and ketchup. We waited 21 minutes in line before even placing our order. After we placed our order, still waited 20 minutes just to make it to the 2nd window.
Service is horrible, food nor prepared as asked. Is it fair to wait 35 + 45 pminutes for “fast food”. No sense of urgency. Horrible.

I have been coming to this White Castle for a very long time. It’s all about the crew I came about 3 a.m. Service was excellent, food was good, hot, fresh, and made right! The wait wasn’t really bad. Most of all when I asked for a cup of water and to add a fry at the window I wasn’t refused.
