The lady that took our order was great. The young female employee that handed us our order, was the complete opposite. Didn’t say 1 word. I even asked her how she was doing as she handed us our bag of chicken rings .. still no reply. I looked at the other person in my car and she said, “wow.. that was shockingly rude⁷. We came here for free chicken rings as part of T-Mobile promo.. and the rings were awesome..

Ok so I ALWAYS HAVE TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE ITS DO, An Team#59 Definitely gave me a wonderful experience in there Drive thru… I had pulled up, and Kamicha was working the drive thru, and she was so sweet, and very pleasant to speak too, gave me my food, however my voice is very low, and I didn’t specify on my food, so I had to come back thru, So when I did, most places would of gave an attitude an got mad, but not her, She understood and was so quick to help me with no problems, an made it not a big deal, I really appreciated the service, so I asked her for her and her co workers names, which is, Marietta, and Alex. Thank u all for being so nice, and not making me feel Dumb for my mistake. I will ne back very soon bc of the good team u have at that location. Thank u and have a great holiday yall….

Nothing but good things to say about this chain, restaurant. I love the food. None are near my home in buffalo ny. Not complaints and friendly staff. I’d go back anytime.

I was hungry so around 730 pm I went to white Castle and order a sack of chicken rings that was tasteless small order of mozzarella cheese sticks also was tasteless 4 hamburgers with pickles and onions that was keep in a microwave someone was lazy that day and they changed those chicken rings and cheese sticks 17.00 dollars for that garbage I have never had nothing like that before.this was on the 11-13-25 if happen again I’m going to talk to the manager somebody don’t need their job.
