Staff here is always nice and friendly. Must have a very good work environment so kudos to management because your employees seem happy and not a put on for the customer, legitimate. Food here is always hot and fresh and fries always crispy, compared to Lincoln Park and most this lace is night and day. I’ve never been disappointed and have been going here for 20+years from young and drunk late night binges to now old and 9pm binges it’s been consistently awesome! Great job employees for taking pride in your job and management for making an environment to provoke that! The sack of fires got smaller as you can see I was shocked. Shrinkflation everywhere not the peoples decision, corporate of course but I was shocked and you’ll be too but the fries were A+

From the first time I can remember going to this White Castle, it was phenomenal! I purchased a six pack yesterday and they were just as good as I remembered from 50 plus years ago! If you’re looking for a GREAT White castles, this is the best place to get them from!

The entire experience was surprisingly incredible! We first walk in and greeted by a young lady asking if we are ready to order, we ordered a 9 PC Chicken Rings, 2 bags of fries and a Crave Clutch, One side no cheese and one side cheese, with onions and mustard. We asked about a military discount and was asked if we wanted that because the Crave Clutch already had a discount, we asked just to add the discount that makes the total cost less and then paid for the food. The food after about a 5 minute wait and it was all fresh! The fries were piping hot and very crispy, the chicken fingers were fresh and crispy as well and the sliders were the best! They had melted cheese, a decent amount of mustard and pickles and a ton of onions! Not to mention the customer service was over the top! You could tell they weren’t faking happiness, more so that they were generally happy to be there! I even asked for a new lid and straw and she was happy to give it to me! She was even nice and told me to wait two seconds as she was making the food! I told her to have a blessed day and I tell ya she was happy and said “You too!”. The best experience ever, I recommend it to anyone!

I visited your Southgate White Castle yesterday and ordered five classic sliders with cheese. Within a few hours I developed severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and bloating. By about 9:00 PM EST on August 3, I’d also developed a low-grade fever of 100.3 °F.
These symptoms persistent cramps, frequent restroom visits, gas, and fever are consistent with foodborne illness and were both uncomfortable and concerning. As a longtime fan of your comfort food, I was disappointed by this experience.
I respectfully urge your management team to review and reinforce all food-safety protocols at this location particularly storage temperatures, cooking procedures, and cross-contamination safeguards. I’d appreciate an update on the corrective actions taken to prevent similar incidents and restore confidence in your safety standards.
