I wonder if the person who “prepared” the burgers, would have served this undercooked beef, soaking wet gummy buns, slop to their pet? Being a paying customer, I definitely expect to be provided with actual edible and safe food for consumption. Not worrying about food poisoning and/or food safety protocols. Definitely a lesson learned, I’ll be eating out a whole lot less.

Arrived around 10:45pm, when things start to get busy for late night munchies. I was in a line with about five cars in front of me just to order drive thru. When I finally got to place my order, the staff member taking our order was friendly and had a pleasant tone despite the flux of patrons. It did take us quite a bit to get through the line and get our food but we were entirely satisfied with our late night experience of ordering 20 sliders and appreciate White Castle’s staff for taking care of us.

Food was soggy and fries not hor but warm/cold. I ordered via doordash and was there in minutes. The trifling lady with glasses didnt make eye contact; didnt verify my order and was rude. She handed me a bag and closed window while i was asking questions. She went and hid in the back and did not return to the window. This is the WORST customer service ever and the food was not up to standard. A regional manager needs to clean this place up. It is situated in an affluent community in Canton, and the workers are bringing its brand down. I bet this store loses a ton of money.

I’m an American living in Germany the last 19 years and we don’t have White Castle here. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I could see the young team was working well together.
I explained my situation about not having WC back home and asked for my fries to be cooked a little extra (crispy).
The young man doing the fries literally made me a fresh batch and watched them cook the entire time. When he gave me my food, he said “I cooked your fries as you asked”…
This may not seem like a big deal but the young man and team did everything right. That doesn’t always happen nowadays.
I said “I know and I appreciate it”. I tipped the team $10 and left with a smile and enjoyed my good, hot, crispy fries, and my excellent burgers!

At times my sliders are good. And at times they’re not good at all it’s a hotnor miss. I’m pleasantly surprised today enough of ketchup and mustard not disappointed at all. Customer service is always amazing.

Stopped in here for lunch. The order taker was difficult to understand. They didn’t have what I wanted to eat. Would have taken another 18 to 20 minutes for spicy chicken. What I got instead was somewhat bland. Tables were not wiped off well and just was not impressed overall.

White castle has pretty good food. THIS particular white castle has an inordinate amount of bad customer service. I am not without empathy or understanding when lunch is busy….still….there is a process to getting orders correct and having a clean restaurant. I can handle a missed item or botched order…totally understandable. But this is rather routine at this location.
Most tables were covered in crumbs and dried ketchup, and there were no napkins to be found in the machine. The orders weren’t particularly complicated (add ketchup mustard, no pickles on 3 of the burgers) but execution was missing, I simply think the staff is probably busy and also not concerned with prep care. This is my third time coming here in the past 4 months, and each time the order has been wrong (not prepared to order or missing from the order) and cleanliness was an issue. The young lady wearing glasses taking my order couldn’t have cared less or taken her time to see that the order was correct, I’ve had her before with similar results. Several customers ahead of me had “remakes”. And the manager was all but usless and had an attitude when correcting. I like white castle. This location simply is not worth visiting. Take it from a repeat customer.

The wait was very long for a line out to the entrance on Ford Road. We waited 45 minutes. The food was amazing and the staff were really nice. I am still giving them five stars for those reasons. I hope they get a little more speedy in the future.

Dining room was closed. Drive-through took over 40 minutes to order and get food love my white castle, but this location I would think about coming back to. Employee was friendly, but if you’re in a hurry, skip this one.
