Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing visit. The food tasted old and stale. My sandwich bread was noticeably hard, not fresh at all. The crispy chicken sandwich was especially bad—it tasted like fish, which makes me think the oil hadn’t been changed and everything was being cooked in old oil. It was honestly pretty gross and not what I expect when ordering a chicken sandwich.
The only positive thing I can say is that my Sprite was good. Other than that, the food quality was very poor and not worth it. I hope this location pays more attention to freshness and oil quality moving forward.

We were in town from Ohio and had to stop as we don’t have this stuff close to home. I remember White Castle in the Cleveland area when I was young and always stopping with my grandpa. Everyone at this location during this visit was efficient and very friendly. The food was Hot and tasty

I went there because I was having that craving you get specifically for the taste of White Castles. And they did not let me down. I placed my order for a sack of ten the way that I specifically like them and was given my order exactly as I had ordered them. This particular White Castle is slightly smaller than most of the ones I have been to in the past but they have never messed up my order here. There is still plenty of inside room. Masks are optional at this time. And there is ample parking for the size of the store. And, of course, there is drive through for those who are in a hurry.

Being born and raised in Michigan, I’ve been going there my whole life. Normally it’s as expected and tasty but today it was super salty. Couldn’t even taste the onions or pickles, which is very unusual. I haven’t been to this location in months because there’s one closer to home. I hope this isn’t an ongoing problem. Though about giving less stars but in all fairness, this was an unusual experience.

I order online to get the promotions they offer, and I know they don’t offer toppings as an option in the app, so I write I would like ketchup, mustard, pickles,and onions and if they make them before I get there to say something they NEVER have the requested items. So I don’t know if it’s the place’s fault or the flaw in the app. I would recommend if ordering on the app then doing in the parking lot and going in if you want condiments on your sliders.
