Love coming to White Castle when I’m in the states. Came to the location at 8 Mile and Sherwood in Detroit and the food was incredible. However the cook accidentally put toppings on that couldn’t be eaten. She was very nice about it and remade the sliders and gave us free coupons in apology for her mistake. Very nice staff and very clean environment.

I get off work at 2 a.m., and I have stopped by this location a few times on the way home. I must say that the service is always very professional and respectful. The food is always freshly made and hot to my liking. Whoever the owners are should be very proud of their employees who work the late shift. Was visiting from Texas and wanted White Castle I ordered we 3 burger combo with onion ring instead of fries. My onions were burnt on my burgers. I did the survey I was contacted by Max the store Mgr. He replaced my meal I appreciate that being I was disappointed at how my food taste. That’s what you call good customer service.
