Ever since I was a little boy, I’ve always been in love White Castles. I had to travel a real good distance to get to one, but stopping at this one hit my crave for them head on and it was worth every mile. The cheeseburgers was my go to as always and they quenched the crave. I enjoyed it and they did a good job at making them!❤️

Went through drive thru to get my husband and his plant workers who work across the street food for there break. Unfortunately I looked in and while my food was being prepared they were using cleaners and cleaning behind the fryer at the same time bagging my food not washing there hands before putting on gloves. Nasty . I work for a meat factory and I know for sure you always have to wash your hands before putting gloves on and why would you have food next to chemicals. I took a video and pictures.

Went in to review menu and strench my legs a little before a long drive. As I got ready to order a man walked up and order, I didn’t mind. The WC emp took his order and walked away. I stepped up closer to the counter to wait to put in my order, after 10 + min, per timer on my watch, I left never speaking to anyone.

Love coming to White Castle when I’m in the states. Came to the location at 8 Mile and Sherwood in Detroit and the food was incredible. However the cook accidentally put toppings on that couldn’t be eaten. She was very nice about it and remade the sliders and gave us free coupons in apology for her mistake. Very nice staff and very clean environment.

My order was made fresh and fast. I enjoy having extra pickle and extra onion on my White Castle sliders. I enjoy the tasty flavor of the beef patty. Yummy when the onions are a little bit caramelized.

Gotta give this evening crew props, I ordered a 20 case and was on my way home in literally 5mins with my food. These guys and girls didn’t play around , this is the fastest I’ve gotten my food at any place I’ve gone to. Great service.
