Really enjoyed Red Robin this time around. I’ve had many okay and several bad experiences with this location in the past, but they’ve been on a streak as of the late. The Burger (Mad love burger) was cooked as ordered, the fries were great, the waiter was super kind, and it all made for a pleasant experience! I will definitely come again.

Its been awhile and probably be another while before i give it a chance again. The Service was poor I had to get up multiple times to get my own water fron the bar. I only seen the server twice throughout the entire time as she was too busy hanging out with co workers watching TV. Prices have definitely increased and I was also upcharged for a lettuce wrap that consisted of 2-3 small peices of lettuce and no near like they use to be. I would say the service and food quality have definitely degraded over the years of going.

Terrible service tonight our server didn’t pay attention to us we never got refills on drinks we paid for no matter how many times we asked. we had to ask 4+ times for a basket of fries and they were cold so we’re our burgers I paid extra for avocado and got one measly piece on my burger my husband also got a gluten free bun when he didn’t ask for one. I am very disappointed with Red Robin tonight our table was also still dirty when they sat us there were cherry stems every where straw papers and sauce on the table and it was terribly sticky. I am Absolutely disgusted and disappointed!

The bar staff are extremely slow. Waited for 23 minutes at the bar to be asked if I needed anything. I had found my own menus so I was ready. My wife already left to wait in the car so I ordered to go. I have been sitting here with an empty glass for over 10 minutes and hoping the to go order will be out shortly.

I want to give better as I love the food and the concept. However it’s hit and miss you definitely need to go in on non peak times as you can wait awhile even after you order. However I have also had it where everything is just banging. Last time we waited awhile then decided to go eat in the bar as tables were open. Unfortunately our food came actually before the beer as keg needed changing and our server was stressed and complaining some. Burger was fine fries were better beer came when we asked again and was super that was nice.

Love going to the place the employees are great in person. However I suggest never ordering online. You will never get what you order. My food I ordered was all wrong the burgers were technically correct aside from missing sauce. We asked for extra fries for both our orders only got extra fries on one of the orders. We got the wrong sauces on the side and our dessert was missing completely.

I had three drinks in four hours plus food. I’m in a wheelchair. I was fine and enjoyed the service. I was working on my business and did a lot of paperwork. I decided to go after having a wonderful conversation with a server. Poor thing has back problems like me. Her shift was over, so I made sure to tip her 20%. I put my paperwork and binder back into my briefcase and went to the bathroom as you can imagine. When I was exiting the bathroom, a male employee entered as I was exiting and a female was outside of the bathroom with her hands behind her back as if to monitor who was coming out. As I left, I asked if she would like to get through, and she said no, you’re fine. I kept going and sensed them behind me??? I left and felt insulted. However, there was a homeless gentleman in the bathroom as well. I can’t imagine why they would follow me out, unless they made a mistake. Regardless, they followed me to the door. How insulting. They are horrible and deserve to be sued for defamation of character and misrepresentation. Too bad. I was going to rate my visit 5 stars. Wrong guy.

The food was yummy! The kids loved it! The cost was pretty good compared to most places. The bottomless fries and drinks were enjoyed by all. The service was really good!
