Ordered a box that was on special and charged full price. Drive through attendant wasn’t clear, had to repeat what she was saying 3x. Girl at pick up window was picking her nails with a scowl on her face and said nothing upon handing food over. The Food was good , but the service definitely needed some improvement.

The burgers were cooked well, and the restaurant inside was clean. The only thing that needs to be approved is attention to detail from staff. Waiting almost 15 minutes for 2 small patties and a small fries isn’t what I’d consider “fast food” – and being asked twice what I was waiting for…

I’m am beyond disappointed. I just went to white castle excited about the 1921 burger only to get home to a piece tomato the size of penny and a soggy piece of lettuce. Not to mention my fries were so underdone, raw, they were literally still cold on the inside. I have posted pictures of how terrible it was.

Have a few around me but this always ends up being the store we hit. Best to go in for the order. I find that we almost always have issues with the food when we do drive thru (Cheese when we ordered without). The dine in tends to be more correct on the order.
Staff is friendly, store is clean, bathrooms are clean also.
