This place has a cult following which I do not understand.
The food is wierd, small burgers with lots of dehydrated onion and a pickle. They need a bit of ketchup, which they hand out in packets. The sandwiches are a bit dry without ketchup.

I can late night, only me and one other car. No one came to the speaker. I called to asked where they open and the girl said yes. I said I been sitting at the speaker for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and she hung up on me and still no one came to the speaker to assist me with my order. I could understand if they were busy but there was 3 car in the parking lot. So I I would assume at least 3 people were working. Zero people in line just me at 1 speaker and another person at the other. They need to hire people that actually want to work and have better attitudes. I was going to pull around and place my order at the window but I would never allow someone to make my food that was rude to.

We just ate here at the Whitecastle! What a great first experience! We have frozen Whitecastle in SLC, UT, but that option is nowhere close to the real deal. The employees at this location are FANTASTIC! They made our first time eating at WC. They made all the right suggestions. Britney, Sharyn & Kenan even gave us a little sample so we knew what to expect! We were sold as soon as they gave us the sample! Wheeewwee! Sooooo good!!!!! This location really knows how to welcome some rookies from Utah! The restaurant was clean, drink area & tables clean and free of clutter. Employees quick and attentive to their customers! These guys need a raise! They’re doing an exceptional job at representing Whitecastle! Mahalo’s!!!
