The portions at Canali’s are large enough to bring home half your meal to enjoy the next day. Our party of six enjoyed everything we ordered and most of us brought food home. The manicotti is absolutely delicious with tender pasta tubes filled with plenty of cheese, and the meatballs are tasty and huge! The Italian bread is truly Italian bread like my Nanny served with her dinners.

Great place to dine in. Would recommend having a reservation. I didn’t have one and we had to wait 15-20 minutes because of it. Very large portions of food. Food was very good. Dessert was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive as well. Overall, very good experience. They also have a great take-out business if you’re looking for food on the go.

My family has been coming here for over 20 years. I grew up looking forward to those nights we’d come by, for monstrously large meatballs, sweet marinara, and wonderful salads with their signature house vinaigrette. We always had leftovers—which we argued over who gets the last of!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant anywhere. We lived in the area but moved away years ago. Whenever we visit the area, this restaurant is a must for dinner. The chianti was very good. The small antipasto will easily feed 3 or 4 and is a traditional antipasto with everything in it. Ours had a too much dressing but it was still excellent. We had the Veal Parmigiano and the Veal Sorrento both with ziti. Both were execllent and so plentiful we each took a took a to go box home and got 2 more meals out of them. The Italian bread has to be the best we’ve had and has not changed in decades. Strongly recommend checking on hours and making resrvations.
