I usually don’t eat out but I was out walking around and decided to eat at White Castle. The girl waited on me right away and I ordered the #2, which is two double cheeseburger, fries and a choice of medium or large drink. My cheeseburgers were done right away and there were already made French fries. But the girl that waited on me started talking to the girl working at the drive thru for about 10 to 15 minutes. And before she got my already done French fries she decided to drop another basket of fries in the deep fryer. When she finally gave me my order she didn’t offer any condiments and walked away. I ask the girl at the drive thru for some ketchup packets she quickly apologized and gave me several packets. I sat down to eat and took a bite of my sandwich and I gagged because the bottom and middle bun was soaked with bloody juice from the almost raw hamburger. The cheese was runny and I took the other sandwich out and it was the same way. I took them back up to the counter and was completely ignored by the lady who was making the burgers and the girl that had waited on me. Again the girl at the drive thru asked me was everything ok and I said no. I told her what was wrong and the sandwiches were quickly replaced with the same kind of nasty ,soggy bloody juice and this time the burgers were very raw. I didn’t even take one bite out of either sandwich. This is the white castle in between Shelby St and US 31 south in Indianapolis. I didn’t do anything to offend any of these ladies and I am going to call the manager tomorrow and report it.

Assuming they must be understaffed. Waited at the speaker in the drive thru, after the woman answered and requested me to wait for 25 minutes. There was a car in front of me waiting all that time and 6 other cars pulled behind me so I was unable to even pull out of line. Woman was very rude. Will go back to Sheek Rd location from now on if White Castle must be purchased.

I am so pissed off. I literally just left here for the second time and if I went back it would be the third time. I went back because I asked for two doubles one with no onions and one with. What do I get two doubles with regular cheese and bacon. I don’t eat pork for one. For two when I originally ordered the lady was not responsive when speaking to her. And then you give me the wrong food. So then I go back tell them what happen the Manager who has on a totally same exact uniform as the others tells me after asking to speak with the manager he is the manager. Food gets remade all for my burger to be bent backwards and soggy. So I go right back in and at this point I had to yell that I wanted my food made right and why should I have to pay for food and get it sloppy. This is just too much. You tell me I don’t have to yell and offer me the money back but I insist I want the food. I get the food and after the fourth time it’s still soggy tastes horribly. Attached the pictures. The dough from the bread soggy bread was dissembled again.

Always good anytime of day or night, most of the staff is friendly and they all know what they’re doing. Breakfast is the bomb. Clean store good people good food. What more do you need?

Ordered 25 dollars worth of food and discovered half the order was missing after driving 15 mins home. Called and I was told a partial refund was not possible and while a full refund was possible, “it wouldn’t be right because you got some of the food”. I was then told I could come in at a later date to recover the items they omitted. No attempt was made to compensate me for the extra time and gas that would be required from me just to get the complete list of items I paid for. Manager STEPHANY handled this very poorly and was quite rude during our call, ending it by hanging up abruptly. She would likely benefit from customer service training of some sort and maybe criminal charges for fraudulently taking money from customers.

I ordered 2 double slidere, 5 mozzarella sticks, and 2 large drinks. I recieved 2 soiled burgers with no sauce on them, the 5 mozzarella sticks, and 1 medium spoiled drink.
