Food was as expected, that’s why you go there. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 4 cars in front of us. They had the doors locked with “lobby hours” posted but we were within the open lobby times. Only way to get in was other customers opening the door from the inside. Makes the customer not feel welcomed.

Bought sliders and coke from drive thru. I asked for extra pickles. My burgers were dry, the buns were stale, and only part of the sandwiches had extra pickles. The employees were joking around, not concerned about working.

Ordered 2 #2 one med with mello yello no ice one small with strawberry lemonade with ice , what i got was some kind of med orange drink with no ice and a small mello yello with ice, when I tried to explain it to the guy that was running the drive thru window he proceeded to give me another medium drink with no ice which I wasn’t even for sure what it was it tasted like a mixture of different drinks, if im gonna spend more money at a fast food place then I do for 2 to eat at Chiles I really expect to be able to get what I ordered, they were not busy it was 9:30p-9:45p when I was there. I will be going in tomorrow to talk to the manager then because the 2 that we’re there tonight didn’t seem to worried about their customer. On another note the food was fresh and the French fries hot
