In August 2025, we stopped at the McDonald’s in Gillette, Wyoming. We did an early morning hike at the Devils Tower National Monument, about 50 miles away, and it was great to have some refreshing McDonald’s breakfast food afterwards. This McDonald’s restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food tasted delicious. Thank you, McDonald’s of Gillette, Wyoming, for providing a pleasant breakfast experience.

They are lucky I can’t rate with zero stars. Stood at the counter for every bit of 3 minutes without anyone coming to take my order…worst part is, the manager (said his name was Jose) was right there and made eye contact with me. I’d rather spend $100 somewhere else than spend $5 here! Customer service and speed had dropped drastically.

Really hit or miss. Depends on the employees and how busy they are. The prices are ridiculous anymore but at least the food taste is consistent and they have the best come in the world. I wish McDonald’s on 59 would do something about the parking lot. It is a tight fit during the lunch rush. Watched a girl try to back out of a spot without hitting someone in the drive thru and instead backed into another parked car. It was a mess

I literally bit into a chicken nugget (my first one from my 20 piece), and there was a rock hard piece of whatever (it felt like bone, or something else, and it was the size of a dime almost, that was under the breading). I have never gagged so badly in my life, whatever it was, I shortly after spitting it out, threw up out of horror. That’s disgusting.

This is the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The wait time after 6p.m. Is about 45 minutes. Every single time we try to eat here, there are 10 or more cars who leave the drive-thru. Tonight, there were three cars ahead of us, and the same two cars in front of the microphones stayed there for the entire duration of us waiting. We waited around 45 minutes in the drive-thru with NO movement. And probably watched a MINIMUM 20 cars pull out and leave due to the wait. When we drove by the windows, there was not a single employee to be seen.

I’ve had terrible experiences at this McDonald’s’s I’ve ordered from them and it came an hour late with my ice cream melted and my food cold and I literally live around a mile away what kind of terrible service do you guys have and another time I tried to get a delivery and the guy hung up on me so I called back and he said they don’t do delivery which I know for a fact they do and the guy said they don’t do deliveries and said if I called back he was going to call the police. Very terrible service would not recommend my worst enemy to eat at this terrible establishment

While I was waiting for my order, there was a young woman who was playing with her hair over the food she was handling. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to bite into my food and eat anyone’s hair. I spoke with manager and she didn’t do anything about it. The girl still continued handling the food.

Food was good what do you expect it’s McDonald’s but I sat there waiting for 40 minutes at the dude while he had my drinks sitting on the counter and we just kept staring at each other the whole time kind of awkward
