Ben and Taylor and the entire crew here are fantastic! Really a fun group of people to come and eat lunch with! And the sliders are just as good as they always have been. Try the new dessert. My wife tried it. It’s called butter cake and it’s on a stick!

This was my first experience being waited on at a drive-through by an AI attendant, and honestly, I didn’t like it at all. It felt cold, impersonal, and disconnected. Instead of being welcomed by a real person, it gave the clear impression that efficiency and profits matter more than people. Human interaction still matters — especially in everyday places like this — and replacing it entirely sends the wrong message. In my opinion, this direction is bad for our economy and, more importantly, bad for humanity as a whole.
That said, I do want to be fair. When we pulled up to the window, the actual team members were great. Friendly, professional, and exactly what you expect from good customer service. The people made the experience better — which honestly just proves the point. Human interaction is not just important, it is vital.

I couldn’t wash my hands, due to the soap dispenser being completely empty… so what does that mean for all the men hands who are working here? There’s even a sign on the wall for the employees to wash their hands…but how if there’s no soap in the dispenser? I didn’t order anything because of this.

Usually don’t take food back into a restaurant and ask for a refund but I did here. You can taste that the grease isn’t fresh has a zingy taste. If you want good White Castle go to the one on Lynhurst and Washington I stand by that place especially breakfast time.

The Voice Assistant was awful. Order was wrong and wouldn’t end, had to ask for staff which said they would confirm at the window. Then they were running back and forth between the two windows. As long as that took, there were still two vehicles in waiting at the window. Then the wait was longer there too.

I recently visited White Castle, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The sliders were, as always, perfectly seasoned and delightfully juicy, with that unique White Castle flavor that’s simply irresistible. I also had the opportunity to try their new menu items, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they complemented the classic sliders. The only thing I would recommend is to order something super cheap so you can get the coupons first and then get the real meal.

The bottom piece of bread was SOO unnecessarily mushy. I took it back and they gave me the same mushy breaded sandwiches AGAIN!

I fell into the definition of insanity with this place. I had so many people tell me to avoid this particular location for a reason. Unfortunately I ignored all of those warnings and paid for it. Food tastes normal for this chain. But insides became outsides before the end of the night. A lot of positive reviews just for free food, don’t let it fool you. Magnesium Citrate this one.

First White Castle I’ve been to. Great service, but I’m not sure the food is something I’d go for on the regular. The BBQ Pulled Pork sliders are tasty, but the portion sizes were pretty inconsistent. Some had a solid scoop of pork in the bun, others barely had any filling between the bread. Went back the next day to try out the classic burger sliders. Again, they taste great, but the patty size was much less than I was anticipating, even for a slider.
The cheesy tots are delicious, and the chicken rings are an interesting change up from everyone else’s nuggets.

The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere is due to the use of AI to order and that there seemed to be only one person working. The employee was friendly and did a great job. But using AI just affects the atmosphere of the experience. This does not mean that I had a negative experience overall.
