Love the burgers! Fast service fresh made burgers. Place was pretty clean and well maintained. Restrooms were clean. The fries were nice and hot like i like em. Plenty of seating and no rush atmosphere.

I might get flack for this but I gave them a 2 for service because my change was supposed to be .33¢. The cashier said we are out of pennies so your change is .30¢ sorry and shut the window. While I sat there waiting for food I checked my pennies to make sure it wasnt one from 2025 because I am struggling to get one of those and when he opened window I said -I am going to give you two pennies and you are gonna give me a nickel. He had to have manager open drawer and I was given my nickel. I am sure they cursed me but how many people are they doing that to? We are being asked if using cash or card. if we use card we are having to pay the fee. if we use cash we dont get our change. These companies knew this change was coming and should have implemented a program that rounds up or down and everything only ends. in .00 or .05 and whatever they round up and receive as extra at the end of the year they have to donate to local charities. Our local gas stations are eating the cost every cash transaction to make sure the customer ends up whole and white castle is just saying sorry next. The burgers were good but something has changed with them. The memory of a white castle from childhood is far better than the actual burger. Its like there are too few onions to give it the sweetness it needs to complement the patty and there are def too few onions to battle the dillpickle that is sometimes as big as the patty.
Still. When that thought pops in your head you literally cannot do anything but find a White castle and get it squashed with a bag of however many it takes.
Riding in the back of my grandpas car and waiting for him to hand us one as you take that Saturday drive through southern Indiana hills will always keep me coming back.
Please, White Castle, get it sorted so I dont have to stop chasing that memory.

The food wasn’t as good as I remembered it to be. I tried the deluxe chicken sliders for the first time and they really didn’t have much flavor. Fries not salted at all. Honestly , just buy from the frozen section. They are reasonably priced. Area was clean. Staff was polite. Our order was wrong but Hubby loves this place so give it a go, you may like it.

I ordered 4 sliders, 2 with cheese and 2 without cheese. The ones with the cheese tasted old. The edges were dark Brown and the flavor did not taste well at all. I was on the way back to Indianapolis so I couldn’t turn around and get fresh burgers so I just feel them away.

Horrible waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Then when I get there my cough is not ready and I’ll wait another 15 minutes. Lots of lazy people there Do not recommend
