Had a long 12 hour shift at the hospital and some delicious grease was what I was in the mood for Along with some of the best drip coffee in the business. The location at 7400 Vine Street was excellent. Mimi the cashier was a wonderful worker who took my order and asked me about my morning. Thank you for the delicious meal and the experience.

Placed a late night order for a sack of cheese sliders and mozzarella sticks last night. The food was served raw! The meat was only cooked on one side and the mozzarella sticks tasted like shrimp. A bad case of food poisoning waiting to happen. Harold and Kumar wouldn’t even eat those things.

In my opinion, this White Castle location is among the top in the city. Each time I’ve visited, the food has been served hot and fresh, and the staff has consistently provided remarkable customer service! In an era where exceptional service is increasingly rare, it’s refreshing to encounter.

It’s usually decent service and medium pace drive-thru speeds.
Funny story though: I watched the lady “pump” cream into my coffee cup, per my order. She then grabs a carton of cream and “pours” that into my cup and then proceeds to add my coffee.
I get to work, and it is solid black, bitter coffee. (SHE FAKED POURING CREAM!)
It’s pretty sad, that she was too lazy to walk back to the cooler for a new carton of cream.

The floor is slippery, the bathroom is nasty nasty nasty, the manager is dismissive and does not take customer complaints well at all- I saw her literally point to the staff and say -in reference to a paying customer-” he say his food ain’t hot”. I would close the doors for good if that’s the management service I’m stuck with. I used to stop by some mornings for coffee, but seeing the inside has me buying and making it at home. Pathetic!!!

I’d choose negative stars if possible. I waited over 45 minutes inside waiting for food I had ordered 20 minutes before arriving there!
Only 1 woman was running around trying to do everything. There was 1 other woman who had her phone out and that is where all the other workers were. They all kept laughing and talking about pictures/messages and videos on her phone.
0 customer service. They’d look at customers coming in and not greet, or even smile, at them! They’d immediately go back to whatever things on that woman’s phone that were more important than them working for the company that is paying them.
Not to mention the tables were dirty with previous customer’s food crumbs and trash, no condiments available and if asked for when FINALLY getting the order people have been waiting on, it was clearly suggested that we were inconveniencing them!
