Been here multiple times as it’s local to me. Every time I’ve come, it’s slow, they will have you standing there waiting for 20 minutes before anyone takes your order and it’s never clean and everyone is all over the place. This photo was taken at Midnight, May 1st 2025. Will not be returning and I highly recommend that you don’t either.

If you place a order through the drive thru it can be a little annoying at times because the mic outside is a hit or miss, but other than that the food usually slaps and I’d say outta all white castles I been to there service is the fastest when it comes to getting your food!

This place needs revamping from top to bottom and cleaning top to bottom..I suggest if you order check your food too make sure it’s done, fresh,and what you ordered..extra onions were burnt..suppose to be fresh but sandwich had dried fried edges. Buns stuck to the sandwich where you can’t even lift off sandwich. Bun was stale…not fully cooked fish.. chicken was hard as a rock .when I called back to restaurant no answer for quite sometime then when answered placed on hold while they try to see which manager was on duty..then manager refuses call..I think cause it was end of their shift..so told by a person who answered the phone to just bring the food back..when told I was to far away I get a shhhh over the phone..then they say will put your name on your receipt and come back when you can.. NEVER.. white castle can keep the money and apply it toward training your cooks, cashier’s , and management and improve your customer service skills..

This place needs to be shut down. There is absolutely no consistency and eating here is like playing the lottery….most of the time your gonna loose. They can’t keep employees and they constantly serve old or undercooked food. They don’t even make the coffee right! I don’t know who the owner is but I’m sure they’re living a great life off of serving trash food to loyal customers. Even though the white castle in northside is a 15 min drive I’ll go there any day over this dirty trash can of a restaurant.
