Fuego by Mana was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was fresh delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere had such a great vibe, especially the music perfect for a night out. From appetizers to dessert, everything was spot on. The food was seriously so good. Everything we ordered came out fresh, flavorful, and really well presented. You can tell they actually care about quality and not just rushing things out. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t enjoy, and we kept saying how good everything tasted.
The service also stood out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. We never felt rushed, and they checked in just the right amount.
Overall, Fuego is such a fun spot whether you’re going with friends or just looking for a good night out. Great food, great energy, and just an overall really good experience. I’ll definitely be back.

restaurant was very busy ( went during holiday period) so if you wanted a table inside you had to wait for 30 minutes even if you had a reservation
we chose to sit outisde so we didnt have to wait but the atmosphere inside is a lot better – music , dark loghting etc

Gave it 5 stars since there are no half-stars. Overall excellent restaurant: The cowboy steak was made to perfection. The cocktails wer some of the best we have ever had. The ambience was great- as long as you expect the loud party-like atmosphere with frequent celebrations. The service started out great but then became the only negative: Our server was experienced, nice and helpful…in the beginning. She was rushed- but that makes sense here. The problem was that we were forgotten . People near us that came in later and seemed to order similar were served much quicker. I understand busy- but we wited quite a bit at the end. She did come over to see if everything was good but we had been done for a while and had to ask for a dessert menu when she started to walk away. Then after.getting and waiting another 10 minutes without service, we decided not to get anything (even though we were down as having a anniversary).
Then, when we asked for the check- I signed at the table and , as usual around here, 18% gratuity is automatic. She asked if I wanted to add to that and left in a huff when I said no (should have explained that I would have added if her service was stellar)
The appetizers were great (but ask about Cilantro if you have issues). I recommend the Dirty Nachos.The Cowboy steak was fabulous- and enough for 2 of us- especially with drinks and appetizers. (tho we would have made room for dessert if she didn’t forget about us) . Sweet potato fries were perfect.The cocktails were excellent: Berrylicious and Tropical Breeze.
Despite the negative feeling at the end with the server, I still highly recommend Fuego!

The food at Fuego was absolutely delicious, especially the steak, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was fantastic as well, with the staff being attentive and friendly. However, be prepared for some noise if you go. Whenever someone celebrates a birthday, the music gets cranked up to dance club levels, and it happens pretty often. It’s a fun vibe if you’re in the mood for it, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet meal. Overall, great food and service, just keep the lively atmosphere in mind!

On NYE night it was very busy and the crew was short staffed but they did their absolute best to keep up with the demand and I applaud them for hard work. Make reservations before hand.
We ordered the Pastrami Eggrolls, Meat Lovers Flatbread, Nachos and a Ribeye Steak. I gotta say, it was worth the long wait bc that food here is FUEGOOO!!!
