I drive to a different White Castle to order with a human. Today it could never understand when I said no to their first offer. Went in a loop. Frustrating. Wendy’s AI is excellent.

Food poisoned from the reopened, rebuilt fast food place… hadn’t eaten anything else in 20 hours. Was doubled over within a 2 hours of eating here. . . Tasted good. Seemed fresh. Not sure which conditions were met to recieve poisoning. I think I was courteous. I was grateful and verbally so. Maybe there’s an inexperienced cook or pre thawed goods during shipping in the fridge? My guess as good as yours. Hopefully it all clears up soon. I enjoy the stuff they make.

New building so they want you to use AI order taking- no thank you. Corporate bean counters have shrunk the drink sizes- not happy about that. But that breakfast sandwich is the best on the planet. Love them

Their sliders are tasty buy so tiny and not really great price. The service seemed slightly lacking for being the only person in line. The food was warm and that was nice even though the quality was mediocre at best. They aren’t as good as that movie suggests but it’s okay. They did manage to get my order correct, and that’s a plus.

10/11/2025 – I recently visited the newly remodeled White Castle, and the experience was okay. The new look is amazing. The service was a little different and perhaps because there were all new employees. I received my order prior to my drink (coffee). I think there was some issues with the coffee machine and the wait was longer than expected.
White Castle is fast food with friendly service. At this White Castle store, they are always friendly especially at the drive-thru. They have the hot drinks. It’s always hot and fresh! Their Belgium Waffle with sausage is a delicious breakfast sandwich. Parking always available.

Remodeled into white castle black castle and reopened recently. The cheese sliders were as expected; a secret indulgence. I also tried the fish slider and “deluxe” chicken slider. The fish was pretty bad. I could have done better with frozen fish sticks. The chicken was even worse. It was overcooked and nothing like a fried chicken sandwich from other fast food. The fries could have been cooked longer. The onion chips were okay. I guess they have work to do to get their act together. I’ll try again in a few months maybe.
