Ordered from the computer kiosk. Although there were only 3 other customers, food (cheeseburgers and French fries) took 15 minutes. We asked where to get cups for our drinks and the worker just walked away answering in low volume. I asked again and she gave me attitude like I was bothering her??? Food was about what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Cold fries.

Food was straightforward as you might expect from McD. Electronic ordering seems to always have glitches (got no receipt nor order #). When brought to counter persons attention he very promptly gave me an order # from the kitchen screen but could not get me a receipt. Store was clean but soda machine pumped out way too much ice, spewing it on the counter and floor. Napkin containers empty but take away order bags had plenty of them.

When first sat down in dining room another costumer was having issues with being sold an item that was not available. Manager argued then ignored the costumer until the costumer had to multiple times had to ask for a refund very loudly. I recommend to the customer to get the owners name and number. When I decided what I wanted to order kiosk worked fine my only complaint was that it was out of paper so it wouldn’t print a receipt. When my food was done I expected it to be delivered to the table. I was wrong I was greeted with the sound of a crew member yelling out the table number. If the owner would please contact me I would love to go over what went on during my visit. This review is literally being written at the game table at approximately noon on July 31st 2023.

I wish you could give ZERO stars. They got every single thing in my order wrong, they didn’t offer to reimburse or any kind of complementary anything for the mess ups I had to go in for AFTER using the drive thru. Devils Lake McDonald’s is ridiculous!

Very nice place. Super clean. The staff member running the till seemed to be still in training…with seemingly no trainer there to help. Hot fries. Not hot burger.

Fast service and clean bathrooms! I was there pretty close to when it closed so my fries were really soggy and not great but that’s just how life works sometimes. The staff were really pleasant and seemed happy to be there, surprisingly.

I was in drive thru line for 40 minutes on my 1 hour lunch break. By the time I finally made it to the pick up window, there was 5 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. I had to get a refund because I would have been late getting back to work.
