We got the food we ordered, but the cashier rolled her eyes at us and closed the window. You could tell she was so sick of taking orders and didn’t care for us asking her to repeat the order back to us.
However, we got exactly what we ordered so I can at least respect that. Rather them be rude than not get what I pay for… I’ll be back ♀️

Walked in to get something to eat and the place was absolutely filthy. The trash cans overflowing onto the floors, soda machines all broken and the condiments and napkin dispensers were all empty . The bathroom was disgusting and filthy and there was no toilet paper. The people working there were very dismissive and did not seem to care at all about customer service. It took almost 20 minutes to put my order together which was two cheeseburgers a fry and a Coke. It shouldn’t take that darn long . It used to be you could go to White Castle and they prided themselves on their cleanliness and good customer service. Apparently not so much anymore.

On 10/28 at 9:31 PM I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was told to hold on a moment. There were two cars in front of me so knowing this White Castle for the long time it takes for service I almost pulled off but didn’t at the moment. What comes next did make my decision to pull off without ordering. The woman that told me to wait did not turn her headset off. She had a conversation with another employee in which she stated that she felt like she was going to throw up. Not only was that my reason to pull off but also a reason to not return to that White Castle.

This was my first time at a white castle. After a long night of roller skating, I wanted a burger. You know the burger that you regret in the morning. I went through the drive through without any wait. The gentlemen and lady workers created a juicy not greasy burger. I could not believe that I did not get heartburn. The best part was the after taste.

You’ve got to be joking, waited to order at the drive thru for 10 minutes and 5 cars in the line had completely gone before she even started to take the order, literally waited another 10min to prepare 4 sliders, no hello and no goodbye, to to add insult I just couldn’t bring myself to take a bite so my husky wouldn’t even smell it for to long, absolutely disgusting food that’s not fit for human consumption.

Nope still slower than a snail on NoZ going down a slippery slope, but the 2 employees they have running night shift were zooming right along, arguing with a customer over onion rings, even when the customer was willing and showing them that he would buy them..and it still took 39 minutes to get thru drive tonight.. Definitely not a a Craving moment,,,
