I visited this White Castle location today and had a very disappointing experience. I provided my coupon code (the attached coupon here), which clearly shows it was valid for a Chicken Slider and a Double Cheese Slider, exactly as pictured in the promotion. However, Bri, who stated she was a manager, told me I could not use the coupon for those items.
Additionally, my order was rung up incorrectly, which resulted in me being overcharged. When I tried to explain the issue, Bri was argumentative and unwilling to listen. Her demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. I ultimately had to request to speak with someone else to resolve the matter.
I expect better customer service, especially from someone identifying themselves as a manager. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers do not have a similar experience.
Ive also visited here many times throughout the day; morning and afternoon and Ive never experienced any issues outside of this interaction with Bri.

They took over 15 minutes to take my order and more than 10 to serve me in the drive through. This is 10pm with no rush. I would’ve left but I had a mobile order. The food was close to room temp and the buns were soggy. There was no explanation to why it took so long nor an apology. Embarrassing honestly. At least I did get food poisoning but it wasn’t good

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a DoorDash order. Was not short staffed, could see like 5 employees in the back just not doing anything. Order did not come with a receipt on the outside of the bar.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Dude taking orders seemed to hate life, got most of our orders wrong. Most of the food was disgusting, barely warm with slimy buns. The whole place lacks cleanliness the floor being filthy. Service was slow, too

This White Castle is usually pretty good during the day, but sucked last evening around 9p.m. 1 car ahead of me in drive thru, still had to wait nearly 15-20 minutes to get my food. The cashier was nice, but looked to be playing around with coworkers.

The place was filthy! If my Uber didn’t drop me off I would have left! The young girl at the cash register was very nice and polite. I older lady that gave me my food had a nasty attitude. When I asked for mustard, you think I would have insulted her. She gave me two packs for 6 burgers. Two homeless people came in and took a cup off the table and filled it up from the soda fountain. I would avoid this location. There is more bit it would take me all night.
