Shocked today when I swung through the drive-through and placed an order for 2 x Sausage McMuffin w/ egg. The total bill was $15 and change!!! What is this, fine dining? At these prices you can go a half-block away and order a giant steak & cheese breakfast burrito with fixin’s. What happened to McDonalds’s affordability…I mean, we’re only talking 2 slices of muffin, an egg, sausage pattie, and cheese. How are two of these > $15?

The lady taking my order through the Drive-Thru was pretty rude, and she was on her phone when I pulled up. Also, they forgot our sauces and I had to remind them, and when I did the lady had some attitude. Not a terrible experience but I definitely feel like they could work on their customer service. Also the food was slightly cold.

Fifteen minutes in the drive through line is crazy, and then I had to pull to the side to wait for my food for another five minutes even though I had placed my order in advance. They don’t have the capacity to handle two drive through lines. I had the misfortune of accidentally tapping “drive through” instead of counter pickup for a mobile order. There was no way to change it in the app. They kept trying to give me someone else’s order. All told, I waited twenty minutes to eat. At least the staff were nice and polite.

The Milton McDonald’s has to be one of the worst ones I’ve been to. Actual trash service, no one who works there cares about anything and you can always see them talking and doing nothing as you wait for your order. Don’t even dare be a doordasher because after 11 when the lobby closes you’ll have to stand outside in the middle of winter for at least 10 mins to get the order. Half the time it’s waiting on the table next to the door but no one comes for another 10 mins to hand it to you. Can tell the staff are pissed that people would ever order food and decide to take it out on the dashers. Butler is a million times better on every level, Milton just needs some new staff and management that has half a brain.

We have visited this place super late at night (around 1-2am) because we were driving late, and it took a very long time to get the food. The lady, who worked at night was nice, though. A huge advantage is that this place is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The sandwiches tasted okay, but one had too much pepper in the meat and another looked mediocre.

This location is a joke. Go to butler McDonald’s. This restaurant asks you to leave after being a paid customer. You have to ask them for refills. There are things the staff at Butler location do that this location would never do. Butler location treats you like a human. This location treats you like scum. Staff are much nicer on Butler.

My drink order took 10 minutes. My drink was made poorly, rushed. Not friendly, dead. The place needs to hire staff to allow a better experience or just shut down. Not worth the visit, go to Wendy’s just down the road.
