We live in Clermont so we were excited for this location to open up. First impression walking in this place was filthy. Not a clean-ish table in the place. We were 2 of 4 total customers in the building. No customers drive thru so it’s not like they were too busy. The trash cans were overflowing. The floor was horrible. This is a management doesn’t care issue. There were several employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing. I was greeted with “what do you need?” I told them I was there for a mobile order I just placed and they said okay, looked it up and said nothing else. I was the only person waiting for food and after 10 minutes I walked up to the counter because my name hadn’t been called. My food had been sitting and my order was never called. The Disney location in Orlando is leagues above this one for service and cleanliness. I don’t know how they screw up a new location so bad. They must have done a poor job hiring because it seems like they just don’t care.

I’m from St Louis. This is so much nicer than what I grew up with. Took my wife this day, and she enjoyed. She thinks Krystal’s is the original until I showed her WC is first, by a long shot. Lots of extra sauces, and not cheese options (stay with original please). They are still educating new visitors right now, so be patient with wait times. You will love.

My first visit to this new white castle in Clermont Florida, was a great one. I walked in ordered 20 classics. In less than five minutes. I was handed my order. The lady that waited on me was very friendly and happy. The place is very clean. Well kept priced very fairly. I highly recommend it. In fact this was my first time ever trying White Castle

This new White Castle in Clermont, Florida is outstanding. The food is fresh and is the best I have had at any White Castle location. I don’t know how they are able to serve so many customers. The crowds have been phenomenal. I hope the corporate leaders understand how well White Castle has been accepted in Central Florida and will continue to expand to other areas.

Took a 1.5 hr trip to Clermont instead of Orlando
Its a small place with only 3 maybe 4 people.
Got there 1115 thank God bc it got pretty busy for a small place + they have drive thru traffic that I didn’t see
3 of us ordered our usual 5 dbls & each.
Now we all have to bring home to some friends & family. We usually eat then go back up for our 2go orders but for some reason 1 of my buddies did his 2go with regular order so we all did & the cashier said he d hold off making them
There was like 50 doubles
To go
He came out to our table sometime later n said do you want us to start making them it would take 1/2 hr cause it got busy
I just didn’t expect him to come out to us. He was a spot on employee.

So glad to see a White Castle in central Florida had to come and try it since it has been years I had a White Castle burger, we drove a hour and it was worth it, remembered my childhood in NY. Super yummy and service was super fast. The chicken sliders were delicious and price were good. Hope the quality stays the same

Had an early dinner at this location. Place was steady busy, food came out timely and seemed like a great idea. Consistency was horrible at best. All the buns super soggy, ratio with or without cheese was horrible with 2 slivers of onions to 30 slivers on a burger, onion chips??? tasted like friend fish and overall I will never return.

Waited 6 minutes to order while being the 1st customer. The place is filthy. Waited 25 minutes for food and asked foe no cheese and got cheese. Took the bun off and found 5 holes in the little piece of meet to make it even smaller thinking no one will notice. Basically theft. A real d
