Was here for the annual Valentine’s Day Love Castle tradition. I usually go 21 in New York and recently moved to Florida so since this is the only White Castle in Florida I made sure to get my reservation as soon as they became available on open table so I could continue my annual Valentine’s Day tradition. This was one of the nicer ones I’ve gone to in the past 8 years of doing this. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was very clean.. and to mine and my friend’s surprise, th chicken sandwich was really actually very good. This was her 1st time engaging in this annual time at the castle.. she liked it so much, she asked, “when do the reservations become available?” lol
I was disappointed that they didn’t have onion rings and instead brought me “onion chips”, which were not good.. Barely any flavor. I don’t suggest those at all.. but the rest of it was good (for what it is). I particularly love the desserts, which were a frozen cheesecake on a stick or brownie on a stick. We got both. (they’re small; about 3 bites ea).
The love castle is definitely not about the food as much as it is about the whole experience.

I appreciated the extra toppings you can get on the sliders such as lettuce, tomato and smoked cheddar… however the food overall still wasn’t as good as sketchy Krystal’s. The onion bites was just ok, but the fish slider was actually decent. It was nice that they served blushes. The place looked fantastic, modern, and clean. They had a large covered outdoor seating area. The service was a little slow for a fast food joint. Glad I tried it at least but don’t think I’d go back just cuz the food was just filling.

I’m from NYC and have always loved White Castle! As a matter of fact once I moved to the Orlando area I would call White Castle’s corporate office telling them they need to open one of their restaurants here necauae of all the New Yorkers that were living here. I did this year after year till I guess my suggestion was taken seriously. This location is their largest one and the food is great! I always have a good meal when I come here. I highly recommend it.

Me and my girlfriend traveled 1 and a half hours from tampa after a closing shift at work just for these burgers and it was MORE than worth it. all the staff, especially the associate who took our order, were fantastic and the food was phenomenal. Absolutely freshly perfectly cooked. God Bless.

My friend and I decided to try White Castle for the first time and ordered a #3 combo with a side of chicken rings. When I bit into one of the chicken rings, I immediately felt something strange in my mouth. As I looked there was a strand of gray hair embedded into the chicken rings.
I went back into the restaurant and requested to speak with a manager. The first manager I spoke with was very polite, apologized immediately, and offered either a refund or replacement food without hesitation. He did not ask to see the food or any video documentation.
Shortly after, he was called away and another manager assisted me. This manager offered replacement food but stated that a refund could not be issued unless the contaminated food was returned. I explained that I had already disposed of the food in the White Castle trash bin near the entrance. At that point, I was no longer interested in more food ,my primary concern was the health risk of having already ingested part of a hair.
Despite explaining this, the second manager refused to issue a refund. I found the inconsistency in management response and the lack of concern for food safety very troubling, especially as a first-time customer.

I’ve waited decades to visit a White Castles and we finally did it! We ordered the 30 Crave with half original and half cheese, chicken rings and three 1921s. Our favorite were the 21s the cheese and last the originals. Definitely worth the wait and the staff rocked it!

Well I’ve held off visiting this location for 4 years because of a lot of the feedback on the White Castle Orlando fans Facebook page…. A ton of very mixed reviews that actually discouraged me from visiting this location even though it’s only 2 hours away from where I live, so I chose to wait for my visits to either Chicago or NYC to get my fix…. I do know that when this location first opened there were a lot of quality control issues basically because they had 2 hour waits and a bunch of staff that had never seen or prepared WC sliders before, the complaints were that the burgers were dry, cold and tasteless… so I’ve avoided it for this long based on what other people said online….now I regret waiting for such a long while, I’m here to officially say that I was extremely pleased tonight with the sliders that I got, they were hot, the onions were perfectly moist and steamed correctly and the sliders had excellent taste!!! I don’t know how long it took them to master the process at this location but they definitely mastered it, I was very very pleased and I’ll definitely be back now on future day trips to Orlando, I was so pleased that I ordered a Crave Clutch to take home!! Oh and it’s also very clean and styled much nicer than any other location I have visited! Update… they even taste good two days later!!

Chelsea was the absolute best ! She took our order and answered every silly question we had about the menu. She didn’t rush us and made us feel super welcome. She also took her time to carefully explain everything to the elderly man behind us too and it was heart warming to see in the busy world we live in. Food was amazing & came out quick. *pic of my bus in Missouri at a White Castle that definitely didn’t give me as good of an experience as Chelsea & this White Castle did!
