This is an interesting place. They cook the burgers in water and onions on a grill. The patties can only be described as wagyu-like, but trust me, when you bite into these mini burgers you’ll know, this is much better than wagyu beef. The burgers are simply named hamburger or cheeseburger, and my advice is to order a dozen. Throw caution to the wind and prepare your body (and your partner) for a highly competitive evening of Dutch oven. Highly recommend.
