I love White Castle. Food was freshly prepared while you wait, hot and delicious. Staff is friendly and professional. The service is always prompt and on point. They are very underrated. They need to open one up closer to me. “YUM” I highly recommend that you go and grab 10 burgers, their menu has expanded and everything I have tried has been very satisfying!

Restaurant is very nice comfy and clean with clean restroom and workers that are very kind courteous and helpful providing great customer service! However, White Castle prices sadly are very high for giving such small portions of food which is a franchise corporate problem that needs to be fixed! Again the workers and location are nice!

I know the owner and he keeps everything at a high standard…I got to know him over the years of me stopping for breakfast or lunch depending on my work shift. He hires hard workers who are always pleasant and clean.

Nothing really to say everything was horrible. I travel from out of town and was hungry and expected better was really disappointing. Food was cold cheeseburgers slidders and fries especially the onion rings.

It was okay. Just didn’t like being pressured into donating. I don’t want to upset people who handle my food, but at the same time this major chain can donate to organizations themselves instead of counting on us for the tax write offs.

This White Castle certainly has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Most people who came in ordered their food for takeaway (the venue doesn’t have much seating), but we ate ours on-site and it was a very enjoyable meal. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted great.

It was the most longest wait. Tried drive-thru, waited, waited too long, then went inside, no one was taking acknowledge the customers on the line so I went back to the drive-thru. Supposedly they were short of staff that day. Nevet have I’ve been through this.

I enjoy going to this white castle location. Great teamwork staff. Variety of options. Staff repeats the order back to the customer before putting the order through to be prepared. Staff ask if customers wants sauces or any condiments with the order after order is in the bag which is great.

I’m reading a lot of reviews that seem to be written by people who have never worked in this kind of business, nor run a fast food place.
I started going to White Castle when I was a kid, and am approaching 70 now. My best recollection is of the one on Fordham Road, though it looks nothing like that these days. Still, I like them and when I get the chance to get some without going out of my way, I will.
So today we hit the one in Yonkers, because I wanted to. Service was reasonably prompt, and the food was as expected. The staff was friendly, although the guy who we were talking to seemed to have some difficulty understanding that my lady wanted one packet of mustard to go with her chicken, which we somehow didn’t get.
Other than that, we enjoyed the visit.

Dinning área is dated and falling apart. Dirty also needs cleaning and attention. Soda machine never working. NEVER! Customer Bathroom out of order. This place used to be a lot better.
