We did have to wait a bit for our food but it was delicious and fresh so no complaints here. Customer service was great, and even though we came at night there was full staff, not one person doing everything on their own.
Actually the only thing I will complain about are the kids who come here. They don’t buy anything, but they come in to get warm from the cold and are screaming and fighting each other in the store and in the parking lot, running across the active drive thru and being annoying. Mind you we came at 9pm on a Thursday…..

When i arrive with my family there was a bunch of teenagers there hanging out, charging there phone taking up all the seats for starters. The food we order was a lot like $75. The fish sandwich I order looked & tasted like they have been sitting for hrs. The burger were dry. Not a good experience at all.

White Castle isn’t what it used to be years ago. It’s extremely expensive, hit or miss with food quality. Forget about dinning in as this area is infested with homelessness and crime so beware if you’re considering dinning in. On this trip, my milkshake was mostly foam, as if the machine ran out of product. The cup was light weight when the drive through attendant handed it to me. She knew there was something wrong and did not correct it, shame on her!. The Chicken rings were dry and the cheese sticks seemed over cooked and stale. 2 menu meals an 2 milkshakes, 37$ later, wow!!! On top of all that, I had a 20 minute drive through wait. Sad how bad this place turned out.

I want to give a BIG BIG shout out to Mia and another gentleman so sorry I can’t remember his name but will update later. These 2 individuals displayed EXCELLENT customer service amongst other things. My food was fresh and delicious and the restaurant was SPARKLING CLEAN even the restroom which left me very impressed being that most Fast Food Restaurant restrooms are poorly kept. Please keep doing what you doing your service has not went unnoticed. Thank You

I have never encountered such a poorly managed restaurant. The staff members are completely indifferent to everything and everyone. There is an elderly woman who seems to act as if she owns the restaurant. All the orders are prepared and left waiting while several drivers are standing outside, yet no one seems to care. I sincerely hope that the restaurant management takes this complaint seriously, terminates those responsible for such behavior, and hires people who genuinely need the job. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Clarke was a great help and had amazing customer service. Treated me right and made sure the food was hot and fresh. The manager was also really nice and helpful as well. She made sure the order was correct and ready in a timely matter.
