Today my sisters and I just had the most wonderful tea experience at the Whispers of Autumn Tearoom. All four of us have been searching a Tearoom for a long time. We came from Sarasota and it was a trip worthwhile. The moment we entered the tearoom we were so impressed. The atmosphere was elegant but still felt like home. Chasidy greeted us with such a warm smile. We entered a beautiful fall decor dining room and had the traditional afternoon tea. All the food was delicious, especially the soup that tasted like our moms. The scones were melt in your mouth. The teas from Harney and Sons were smooth and high quality. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Chasidy and your mom for a lovely teatime afternoon.

Went to try out the newest tea room in Brandon & was very pleasantly surprised. Since Victorian Grace & Southern Grace both closed, I haven’t found any tea room that could compare to them…..until now! Whispers of Autumn is truly a hidden gem! The scones were light & had delicious flavor & the Devonshire cream was light as a cloud. Chicken salad filled croissants were savory as was the soup. The desserts were wonderful & of course the tea was a beautiful mixture of fruit flavors.

This was my granddaughter’s first high tea and I have to say Whispers of Autumn did not disappoint!! Shanda (owner) went out of her way to make it special for us. Best tea food I’ve ever had.
No store bought items here! All was homemade and absolutely delish!! I’m overjoyed that I found this gem and it will be a regular staple for me!! I can’t say enough about this sweet tea room!

What a great find! I just happened to see reviews on Google not knowing that it just opened in December 2024. I just had to check it out. We don’t have many tea rooms in this area. It was great to see another one pop up.
It’s a new family-owned (mother & daughter) tea room on Moon Avenue near Morgan Street. The owners have done a great job in setting the mood with beautiful décor and music. I really love how they’ve set everything up. It’s such a warm and open space. There’s even a private room for group seating. It’s all very lovely.
My reserved time for Royal Tea was set for 11:00 am on a weekday. It’s by reservation only. I pretty much had the room to myself since it’s so brand new. I don’t expect that it will stay that way for too long.
Everything was delicious! The wild rice soup was the first course, and it was very comforting. The sandwiches were all so tasty. I really love their grandmother’s chicken salad. I’m not usually a fan of yellow curry in chicken salad, but I loved this recipe. It didn’t have an overwhelming taste of curry like others I’ve had in the past. It was just the right amount of everything. I think it even had pecans. The artichoke & cream cheese sandwich was so unique & tasty. The same goes for the cucumber dill open faced sandwich. So wonderful!
The homemade cinnamon chip scone and desserts on the top tier were all delicious. The flavor selections can be seasonal or daily, so you may get something different each time. I was hoping to try their sweet potato pie dessert, but I missed it. I’ll be on the look out for it the next time it’s offered.
They serve Harney & Sons tea. The mango black tea was a winner. It was very welcomed on an unseasonably cold day. The service was fantastic! I was offered another pot of tea, but one pot was enough for me. I may take them up on it next time. Yes, there will be many more visits in the near future.

Such a beautiful space with great energy! The tea was delicious. The soup was my favorite although the tier of delectables was phenomenal as well. The mother-daughter duo, Chasidy and Shondalynn, have done an amazing job with curating a memorable experience. I’ve personally known them for 10+ years and I’ve witnessed them expand their tea concepts over the years. They are wonderful hosts. My mother and I enjoyed our time so much. Highly recommend!

I went for the first time for a bday celebration… LOVED it!! Will definitely be going back. This is a beautiful establishment. Everything was outstanding – the food, the service, the atmosphere – so beautiful. Would highly recommend. I wish I could give 10 stars 🙂
