*Do not give tips ahead for online ordering*
First time ordered online at this location (about a week ago), everything was fine. Friendly staff, good sandwiches. Greeted and when order was ready got notified by the staff. I give cash tip after becuase I appreciate the good service.
Second time ordered today, 180⁰ experience. A staff (lady with dark hair) was rude. First I asked if Pepsi was available, I asked because online it didn’t give me option, so I assumed it was out, the lady was mad for me asking because I want to double check. Ok fine. Then she asks what’s the name for the online order, she immediately got more sour because I didn’t tip ahead lol. So much when my order was ready, they just placed it on the shelf without letting me know , I didn’t realize until I asked after waiting around 10 minutes, then the employee (the one who asked about my online order earlier) told me “yeah that’s the online order” .
I grabbed and left, no tips, they didn’t deserve it today.
I worked at a chain restaurant before, I know how difficult it can be, low pay, horrible hours, etc. But never once I expected tips. If you want more pay, ask your EMPLOYER, NOT CUSTOMER. We live in a (relatively) free market , so be smart about it.
So yeah, if you order online, DO NOT TIP AHEAD. My suggestion is give it after, when they truly deserve it.
Edit after response: I appreciate Which Which response and their understanding regarding my interaction today. It definitely makes me feel that my voice is being heard and valued, so thank you for the management for the response. By no means my comments are intended to tell people how to run their business, I understand the complexity, especially when it comes to hours and wages. What I hope is that management can improve and train better their employees, have an open communication with them to foster a great working environment. With this, I have revised my overall rating from 2 stars to 3 stars (3.5 actually, but google doesn’t allow that). I always enjoyed Which Which better than the other Sandwich chain, and wishing the Which Which team nothing but the best. I will be back to this location in the future.

Wow – our first time at a Which Wich and our sandwich was fresh, hot and delicious! Joe the owner was so helpful and walked us through ordering (btw what a great way) and we throughly enjoyed our lunch! With great parking, sparking clean restaurant – we will definitely be back! Thanks Joe for a yummy lunch!

we stopped here on our way back from the mountain and our food was amazing. Not only did the guy who make our food diligently make it, it was so tasty and delicious. They were really friendly and overall is was a perfect place to stop!

Food was good for a sandwich spot as it is nice to switch it up sometimes. But what hooked me was the mountain dew flavor that i have never seen. As i filled out my ticket and paided for the meal i was disappointed by the out of service taped paper. Lost the reason why i paid more for the meal deal. Also staffed to only one worker was odd the lady on shift put in a lot of work for being by herself.

Idk why this place’s rating isn’t higher. Just passing through from SLC n while the other 2 other guys with me wanted fake fast food (Wendy’s n Taco hell) this was the only somewhat fast place nearby I could be sure there was REAL and FRESH food. Got the special of the day called the Wicked, which I’m eating as I write this, is an excellent sandwich. And the two working there, who I think may be the owners, were super friendly. They’re understanding to a feequent local mentally challenged guy (who just came in and helped himself to a drink and left while I was there ha. They say his relative always comes by to pay later )
Anyway, It’s beyond me, why anyone would wanna eat corporate frozen lifeless fast food over a fresh excellent sandwich from a local small business like this!
Oh and this place offers every vegetable topping you can think of. Carmelized onions, crispy onions, coleslaw, sauerkraut, freaking HUMMUS!!

Stopped here for lunch on vacation … how fun was this place ! Staff was friendly and helpful . Reasonably priced and the sandwich portions were great . My husband got the turkey with “his extras” and I got the cali roll with “my extras” . Super good !

Did an online order for a Rueben and a Turkey sandwich as we were driving through. When we walked in there were a few other customers waiting to be helped but the three people behind the counter didn’t acknowledge anyone. It was only after the manager walked out from the back that anyone was helped.
When we got in the car and opened our sandwiches we were VERY disappointed- we spent $30 and the Rueben had about a tablespoon of sauerkraut and a slice of meat, the turkey sandwich was on slice of meat, one slice of cheese and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce. The fries were decent however.
Needless to say we won’t be back.

The sandwich was decent but could be improved. I ordered a black bean veggie sandwich. The sandwich was served on white bread when wheat was marked, the tomatoes on the sandwich were green, and the black bean patty was about half the length of the sandwich which made most of the experience just bread and fixings.
