Modern, casual chain known for design-your-own sandwiches & varied bread options.

$19 for a large turkey bacon ranch (not a super, the middle size option) is insane. Then they ask for a tip? I thought Panera was as expensive, it feels like a steal vs this price.

I wouldn’t come here. They basically bait and switch sandwiches. They show a price on the board and then when you order, suddenly it’s $5 more than what the board says. There is no indication on the board or the bag when you’re ordering that there is a $5 up charge for select sandwiches. Won’t be coming back to any which which.

Great experience @ this Which Wich location I’m not sure what is happening with various other locations being closed, but I was so happy to see this spot open relatively close from Denver. Nice hidden location within a low-key plaza too.
The staff was friendly & accommodating, answering a few questions I had while ordering which was very helpful .
The team behind the counter whipped up our sammies in no time, & they were generously made & so tastey! VEGANS: The black bean patties are delish! Not to mention the krinkle fries were served hot which was so appreciated!
Fountain area was clean & stocked, dine-in area was tended to and inviting, & the bathrooms were in great shape – no complaints really. Great job & wonderful service, thank you!

I go here a lot, and my sandwich is almost always made correctly which is awesome. One piece of constructive feedback I will share is that when I was handed my sandwich earlier today, the paper bag had a note on it that I didn’t receive very well nor did I appreciate as I found it to be strange.

Hair in my food.
first part of the sandwich was good, then i move to the other part, and there is a piece of hair stuck in the lettuce of my sandwich.

EDIT:
They brought back the french dip, though the au jus is not very good. It was amazing before. They also brought back the paper bags! Despite the atmosphere always feeling empty and depressing, maybe they are sort of trying to improve things again?? Bumped my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
Original review:
Got rid of there french dip option which was the only thing I cared for there. It was really really good too. Now it’s just a mediocre sandwich shop. Nothing special. Shame. Also replaced the brown paper bags that you would order on with a card. Not surprised so many locations are going out of business.

Ive never had such rude service as I experienced here today. The manager even went as far to wave a knife at me when I noted her p poor attitude. She had to be called from the back to make orders that had been sitting there for half an hour. I’d love for the franchise owner to drop their info before I call corporate on the nastiness I experienced. Your manager also was racist and called me a name not realizing I SPEAK SPANISH. THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW “MANAGER” OR NEEDS TO CLOSE. THERE WAS 5 ORDERS IN THE COMPUTER, 1 OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. NOTHING WAS BEING DONE UNTIL AFTER I WALKED IN
Paying 12 dollars for a tiny sandwich to only get garbage quality and poor service. Just close this place

The food is good and reasonably priced. I can’t imagine though that managment/owners have any idea how rude the staff is. I work in the service industry, never would I tell customers that “I don’t eat that sandwich,” or make comments about how they made the wrong choice. I will never go there again. Jersey Mikes here come!

Decent food, definitely between Subway and Potbelly in terms of quality.
Service at this location is a big weak point — I usually order in advance whenever I can when I eat out, and have never had trouble doing so here, but on my most recent visit I happened to witness someone come in and attempt to order in person only to have no one come up to the register, though they made no attempt to get attention. They left, presumably frustrated and disappointed, without buying a sandwich.

Deceitful and low value. I’ve purchased over 10 sandwiches from this place over the years. Probably won’t anymore. I feel like I’ve been deceived by them two times and don’t think I will attempt a third time. I went into the establishment today to claim my free sandwich for completing a 14er. I was rejected for my free sandwich because “My photo was the same as the person who I completed the 14er with”. I asked: “where’s your written policy on this?” She said they don’t have one and that her manager told her. I called to speak to the manager five minutes later, but the person who answered the phone said the manager is not there and she did not know how to transfer me to manager’s voicemail. She said I could call back tomorrow between 9 AM and 10 AM to speak to manager. About three weeks ago I purchased one of their large sandwiches and asked for an update on their 14er policy because we were planning on doing one the day after. They said we would need to have a sandwich bag with us for the photo. They did not inform us that we needed two different photos. Hence why I believe I was deceived. A similar thing happened to me about three years ago and therefore I didn’t receive the free sandwich then. Seems like they just try to come up with new reasons every time you go in for why not to provide you with the free 14er sandwich: deceitful. The sandwiches seem overpriced for what you get compared to other deli shops, but they do have a great selection of fillings to choose from. Ingredients are better than average.
