It has been a few years since I visited this franchise. It’s a great concept for a sub restaurant, but for the price, I would expect more. My husband got a large combo and I got a regular sub and a shake. We were out $42. For a premium sub, great service & nice atmosphere, this would be reasonable. However, the restaurant was woefully understaffed on a Sunday afternoon, with apparently only two staff working. The service was painfully slow and not a bit friendly. The tables had not been wiped down. I wiped my own down with a napkin just to feel like I could sit down to eat. Two single stall restrooms were spacious, but not particularly clean. This was noticeable especially since there was no coat hook and I had no intention of laying my coat & purse on that floor. I had a muffaletta Italian sub & it had very little olive, but was otherwise made to order. Pepsi products & tea.

First time eating here and it was great! Their ordering system is fun and unique (write your order on the sandwich bag and bring it to the counter). The sub was reasonably priced so leaving a tip was a no brainer! I thought the value was good and the sub tasted great. Good value and a reasonably price lunch is a rare these days.

I’d call this a higher end deli chain. Like a nicer subway or jimmy johns. One quirk is you order the sandwiches by marking on a little bag.
The food is good and the bread is extremely fresh. Their black bean patty is also excellent if you’re more veggie powered.
It’s conveniently in a big parking lot near some Tesla superchargers as well.

Wife and I ate here while charging our Tesla at the supercharger in the parking lot.
Food was fine but thought the prices were pretty high for what it is – deli meat and chips. We’ve ate at some mom & pops restaurants that weren’t this high priced.

So this place is weird. You don’t go to the counter and order. You go to the counter under the menu and grab your preferred bag of what you want. Then you mark on the bag what you want. Bring it up, and they charge you and make your sub. Sounds simple. Even after you do some of their job for them be prepared to wait 15‐20 mins even if this is one or two people in front of you. This is the slowest sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The sandwich makers are miserable and it shows by their speed. The Philly cheese is mediocre, and the Italian was way better. The chairs are cheaply made and are falling apart. As you can see from the video attached. And the vibe here is weird. Try it if you haven’t. But you’ll see. Just go to Subway or Firehouse for a FASTER & not so runned down like this place is.

The majority of my sub was veggies. It was meant to be a turkey and ham club. The sub should’ve had cheese, but it didn’t. One side, only had one slice of ham.
My husband and I both said thank you to the girl who was at the end of the line wrapping them up, and she looked at us and didn’t say anything. That’s different.
They closed the Which Wich where we live so we were excited to find one when we were in the area, but I wouldn’t come back to this location. The best part about it was the horseradish sauce.

Which, which is not it.
Writing your own order is a novelty I gladly accepted. I chose the wicked. Who doesn’t want 5 meats on bread?!?!
It didn’t look at all like what was on the menu. No big deal what does?! Right! Nah bro, no bacon or pepperoni. A crime fit for the lowest of the low. Only overshadowed by thesingle layer of turkey ham and RB. The red onions were large and let you know you were eating a whole chunk. As I sit here writing this review I’m reminded of the disappointment in my decision. I don’t know what stings more the whole chunks of red onion or the hole in my wallet.
TL;DR
Sandwiches for onion enthusiasts and bacon haters.
There are other franchised sandwich shops that don’t skimp.

Bread was a bit hard for my liking. Meat was fresh but service was a bit slow. Uncomfortable chairs and tables.
