First time ordering online pick up and had a little difficulty. I went pick up pizza, the kitchen was busy but spottless…I was so impressed by that first. But secondly, the young lady that helped me was pure sunshine and while she continued filling her orders, helped me figure out my difficulty in the app. The pizza was great, the deal was great but the service was exceptional. I’m only sorry that I didn’t get her name to put here!

And you guys had the nerve to sell an old, wilted salad at full price. After picking out all the brown crap, it left one small bowl of edible salad. Unacceptable.

This Domino’s cannot properly make orders and requests for toppings and other customization, and will behave rudely when you contact them about this. They refuse to give a refund or to fix the order, they kept hanging up every time I called back.

I will not be using this Domino’s store. The person who was answering the phone was rude and the website would not let me try to tip before i place my order. I cancelled my order and will not order from them ever. I will support a local pizza store.

Apparently my delivery driver was in a Drift Car race on the way to my home tonight.. The app offered to give me a free pizza but that’s silly since they didn’t deliver me the pie I ordered it’s not free if I paid for it…. Guess that’s what you get when you tip people in advance…

Ok so I ordered a ultimate pepperoni pizza extra everything but I get it home and it was missing all the extra cheese, sauce and so on. I called Domino’s to inform them of it. They were quick to say we can remake it. I said great anything u need me to do. They said now then call ended. I get to the store their making it I get questioned did u bring the pizza back or take pics of it like I’m getting questioned after being told nothing on doing so on the call. Like instead of eating my pizza I really wanted to leave to go get the actual pizza I ordered. Come on man! What happened to customers are always right. I said I can bring it in if they needed it. He says no it’s ok. So since he wanted a pic I’ll post it on this as well so he gets the pic. This was a bad experience and this should of never happened. Let’s do better on customer service and make sure the pizzas are made properly going forward. 2 stars since they did a remake! Much better!
