It is the perfect place for ice cream on a warm afternoon. The choices are plentiful, the selections are great and the staff is fast, efficient and friendly. The lines are long (for good reason), but they move very fast.

We have been so many times, and never failed to have a friendly greeting. Sometimes all the choices can be overwhelming, but the patience of the staff is commendable! Very sweet, very friendly, always clean. One time the ice cream was maybe a touch too soft, but it was 100°outside and close to end of the day! Poor freezers were probably about to die of exhaustion! Bravo, y’all. You are doing well!

Cute shop with a good variety of ice cream. We were able to buy pints and my kids loved the flavors we picked.
The only issue is there is a small step into the building so if you have a wheelchair or using a stroller it can be a little tricky getting in the door.

Small group went to Buffalo location. Price board states 2 scoops, same flavor is $5.00. I asked if it’s possible to buy only one scoop. The gal said yes. She did NOT say it was the same price as 2 scoops.
When we went to pay and were told the cost, we were all quite disappointed. Some of us had the same flavor (in a cup)and would have been happy to share if we had known the cost. When I mentioned this unfairness to the employee, she didn’t reply at all; no apology, not a word.
I notified management via email and did not receive any response.
The establishment is clean and has a good variety of flavours; but the employees are clearly not trained well. Service was poor.
A few of the people in the group were there for the first time- none of us will be going back.

Love What’s the Scoop! Ice cream is a family favorite, and while I like all types, it’s so nice to have an ‘old fashioned’ Ice cream shop that serves hand-scooped Ice cream! There are 40 delicious flavors to choose from! Best part? The owners are amazingly wonderful people and all off the workers serve generous portions. Mmm mmm delicious!
