My wife and I enjoyed brunch at What’s Crackin’ Cafe, a family-owned establishment founded in 2017. They have a casual and comfortable atmosphere with a really nice patio, which is also pet-friendly. The menu features breakfast classics, Benedicts, omelets, burgers, and sandwiches. Popular items include the Monte Cristo, Po’ Boys, southwest flavors, and tacos. I love Eggs Benedict, and they offer several options. I couldn’t decide, so I went with their Mix & Match, where you can pick two. I chose the BLT and the Country Benedict, which has a crispy chicken tender over an English muffin and a poached egg, topped with country gravy and Nashville hot sauce. My wife did the same but with The Classic and Crab Cake Benedict. Both were served with delicious tater tots, and I must say they were all really good. Shanda said the Bloody Marys are top-notch; they have early bird, seasonal, and happy hour specials daily. Everyone, from the waiter to the manager, was so friendly and welcoming—a really enjoyable experience. Please support them and all our local businesses.

I *RARELY* give out 5⭐ reviews, but I’ve got to give credit where credit is due.
The fried bacon is sinful on several levels! The Monte Cristo sandwich is both sweet and savory and 100% divinely inspired and the crepes are enough to share, but you won’t want to.
I really didn’t want brunch to end, and had it not been for the limits of my tummy, it would not have.
Verdict – we will be back!

This place is always fun, and creative. Some of their more exotic plates can be really fun to try. Their breakfast quesadilla is always welcoming. My wife ordered their French toast and loved it. I took a risk on the asian wings styled cauliflower bites, and I loved them. I’ve was ordering from them during COVID 1-3x a week.

I’ve recently discovered this restaurant, really good food! First time I went there a little bit busy and the service was let’s just say slow. The second time I went the food is really good but the service was let’s say slower. With all that said March 8th I have a newly wedded nephew in town with his pregnant wife, we want for breakfast and they forgot the lemon for her water – no big deal I went up to the bar and waited a good 5 minutes for the person behind the bar to get off the phone to ask me what I wanted. Then they forgot her guacamole for her burrito that’s supposed to be included, they explain how guacamole is an upcharge, she explained it’s listed as part of the burrito. I ordered an appetizer, they brought out a little sampler, I mean a little little tiny 2 in sample – I ask the server is this all there is to the appetizer, she said oh no they’re still cooking it but I thought I’d bring out a little bit. I thought okay that’s nice of her, then she brings out another little tiny nothing sample. Anyway, I don’t know if I’ll go back! The servers are extremely friendly but the service absolutely sucks!
PS as I mentioned my niece is 4 months pregnant, She was crying over the guacamole misunderstanding.

Nice brunch selection of heslthy and decadent meals. I got coffee and the American breakfast. The coffee was strong but not overwhelmingly so. Partner got chicken & waffle. We both found the sugar pearls in the waffle to be too much for our palette. But he enjoyed the waffles. Nice lil patio. Clienetele was skewed professional millenials. Service was pleasant and attentive.

The spot wasn’t big on the inside but I loved the atmosphere. Inside and outside seating so you can spread out. Full bar with the best Bloody Mary we’ve ever had. Their vodka is infused inhouse. I tried a coffee with Irish whiskey (can’t remember the name) but it was delicious. Our server was Savannah and she was very helpful when it came to our questions and she was attentive. We got the sweet cream pancakes with fresh strawberries on top, eggs over medium, sausage links, biscuits and gravy with a side of hash brown and everything was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Neat breakfast spot in East Mesa. Staff was attentive, service was good. But food was lacking a bit. Had the southwest/southern omelet, very tasty. Tots were a bit overcooked but I do like them slightly crunchy. Had the avocado toast and was disappointed. Eggs were cold on top, bread was soggy by the time it got to me. But they comped it so that was nice of them. Overall good experience, decent food.

We went here for brunch before playing golf and we will definitely return. There’s indoor and outdoor seating.
Everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks were great!
We chose to go with the avocado toast, breakfast pizza, breakfast tacos, and breakfast quesadilla. We want to go back and try other items because it all sounded so good.

First visit to What’s Crackin. It’s a funky place with inside and outside seating. We sat inside because of the cool weather. Service was prompt and friendly. Had breakfast with friends. Meals were decent but wouldn’t rave. My friend had eggs Bennie served with tater tots. Would have been much nicer with a fresh made potato dish of some type. The huevos rancheros had deep fried tortillas and scrambled eggs. OK but not the best I”ve had. Will probably try again sometime, maybe for a lunch, sitting outside on a nice afternoon.
