I haven’t had whataburger in years and I used to love it, so I was excited to eat there again! However, it fell short. From waiting at the register for an employee for 5+ minutes before realizing there was a kiosk to order at – no signs indicating. They were out of numbers to take so still had to flag someone down. Then the food…I’m obviously older than when I had ate it before and possibly my tastebuds have changed but the burger had no flavor. The meal seemed very cheap, like cheaper than McDonald’s. The medium fry came half empty. We ordered grilled onions on the burgers and there was barely any on there! The chocolate shake was good but believe they have them premade. There is better fast food elsewhere, save your money and go to Culver’s.

This chain always has great burgers and fries. Their milkshakes have all been great as well (especially the doctor pepper)
It is still fast food, so don’t expect some life changing experience.
In my opinion, it’s like a better version of Sonic for those who haven’t tried it.
Overall, definitely recommend checking it out and enjoying some tasty fast food.

This location was great, service was fast and super friendly. The cashier was so up beat and chatting with customers, such a great person.
Food was delicious and came out fast. Shakes were absolutely perfect, great consistency.

Absolutely was a must stop this year for me! That’s to my sister. I got to finally eat there. It was GREAT! I live in Pennsylvania so this will be a stop to hit when I come back to Missouri in October for sure!! I am a Go Chiefs fan!! Even though I live in PA. As a Patrick Mahone fan. Go Chiefs!!

1. Both unisex bathrooms were dirty.
2. We asked the young lady at the counter where the prices were. Her response was that it was “expensive”. And that she had questioned her manager aboit the lack of prices on board. She stated her manager said “if people knew how expensive it was they wouldn’t order”. We laughed and left. A life in sales is not in her future.

All the tables were dirty and grimy, fries and trash was on the ground and various tables. We were the only people in there at first and there were many staff on what looked like their break. Food was barely warm and the fries were way too salty. Also, their bathroom was not ever clean with paper towels and toilet paper on the floor.

The cashier, Makensie was the epitome of customer service with a light calm happy demeanor, never stressed always smiles. The cook even asked how our food was. It was as a five star experience. Exceeded expectations as a burger joint. Fantastic family friendly restaurant. Makensie welcomed every person that walked in and wished everyone a great evening as they left.

Came here for breakfast. Was greeted at the door by Dominic who held the door open for us and took our order. I got the #26 biscuits and gravy, had brown sticks and a drink.
Food came out hot and fresh and I really enjoyed it. The gravy was really good and not overly salty. The hash brown sticks are a must get as well.
Breakfast here is reasonably priced. Order what’s on my receipt at other fast food restaurants you’ll spend more than 13 bucks.
The best part about my visit here was Dominic. He was really nice, very personable and outgoing. More people should be like him. Can’t wait to come back here.

Food was hot, service was great. Burger was OK, seemed a little dry for me, I had the double. My son said his jalapeno burger was very good.
