Very disappointed i came here last time n my whole order was messed up from the guy cashier and now today I asked for honey mustard nobody wanted to help me for 1 damn thing a honey mustard they need to start putting stuff in the bag right away. Train your employees better. That’s all I ask for . For every customers please check your bags before you leave make sure you got everything!

Miguel is a good man, and he runs this place in a good professional manner. I placed a large order today for delivery and it was missing a triple meat burger. My 1st call didn’t get me a desired result as I was disconnected during the call. I called again later and Miguel answered the phone. He addressed my problem in a proficient and professional manner. Great service.

This was my first time here, had friends highly recommended. Ordered burger with lettuce, mayo and cheese. Got home and it had mayo, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onions. The only part they got right was no pickles. Will not go there again. I don’t recommend.

I love this burger place. Not greasy, fries are perfect and the spicy ketchup is great! I had the raspberry prickly pear drink this summer and it was delicious and comes with a cute drink coozie and sticker. Such a great way to market this drink and surprise customers with such a nice presentation. There is no other fast food place besides one other that we will eat the burgers at.

I just moved here from Austin three and a half months ago. I’ve been home sick the entire time, and have come here several times. It would seem that outside of Texas, there is no need to impress. I’ve eaten WB hundreds of times at this hour, but in NM, the fries are frigid, the tenders have a Styrofoam consistency (cold) and the gravy is still the same price but is over reduced.
There’s tons of places open in Austin at this hour. So at least you have to try, but the amount of effort this location puts in almost feels insulting. “Good luck finding something else.”
