Should’ve went through the drive thru. On a rare visit to McDonald’s and they never seem to disappoint. Waited 13mins for two sausage & egg McMuffin combos. That said, the food was on par.

It’s really disappointing to see McDonald’s, a billion-dollar corporation, not investing in the basics like cleaning their restaurants or having staff available to take orders. It’s frustrating when the policy prevents us from placing special requests at the cash register—like getting well-done muffins or upgrading our drinks—forcing us to navigate a kiosk instead. This isn’t just an issue at one location; it seems to be a trend across all McDonald’s. It makes you wonder when the company shifted its focus away from customer service. First…I am a former McDonald’s employee and I loved working there. The people at this location seem to not like their jobs at all. They are not cutaneous service friendly/ oriented. They get noticeably frustrated if you ask for alterations to your meal. My mom and I stopped by on Jan 29th on our way out of town. I ordered a filet no cheese dropped fresh (that was a joke)… my mom got a Big Mac which was the messiest one I’ve seen in years. I wish I had a picture to post. She took it inside and they actually told her that’s how they are supposed to look. I’ve made hundreds of them and NEVER did they look like hers. They need retraining or new staff.

Went there at 11:00 today. Ordered at their kiosk in the lobby. $7.89 for 2 small hamburgers and a small order of French fries. The burgers were like burnt shoe leather. I had to stand waiting for 15 minutes from when I placed the order to when they finally brought it out. I will NEVER eat at this location again. When I mentioned how long it was taking the girl behind the counter made some kind of snarky comment under her breath. Over priced, terrible service, and nauseating “food”. Avoid at all costs.

Came in the night beforehand for the grinch meal. They didn’t tell us they were out of the salt. We get the food, check as you always have to do at McDonald. And ofc there is no grinch salt which is like the reason of the meal. So we turn around come back thru the drive thru and she said we were out of salt and to come back in the morning for a refund.
So we came back today and the manager said we can’t do refunds and to ask the general manager which is ofc not here and to come back another time. Yall suck. And wasted my time.

Store number 5074. The girl at the drive-thru (Lexy) had a total melt down today on November 22, 2025 at 12:53am. She yelled at me rudely saying “speak up”, and I told her there’s more polite ways to tell people that. She slammed the window shut on me when I was trying to pay, started crying and gave me the middle finger. Her manager, Navea, did not apologize for her actions. She instead defended Lexy, saying she’s had a rough night. She also told me McDonald’s customer service doesn’t care if I leave a complaint. I was with my 11 year old daughter and we were both astound with the experience. Such an unstable person should not be working customer service.

I bet it photos to this rating as you can see the outside of the building is very deceiving it looks nice very appealing to the eye however you go in and when I ordered the gentleman that took my order could have been a poster boy for depression. Then after I got done eating I wanted to use the restroom so I went into the handicap stall because I am handicapped I go to do my business when I’m finished there’s no toilet paper! Good God I’m stuck! So I sit there thinking what I got to do about my dilemma there’s only one thing I can do use the garbage that’s laying around in the bathroom to take care of my wiping. I thoroughly wash my hands afterwards and I go and complain to the shift manager, she never even asked me if I was okay anything that she could do nothing could put I’ll never go there again ever! There’s photos included look at them please you have a great day and I hope you never have this problem.
