Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Please save your time and do not bother ordering from this location. Waited 20+ minutes in the curbside spot on 2/22/26 between 6:45-7:15 pm. Went into the drive thru and not a single car was there. Terrible. To add to it there was also 5-10 people just outside loitering, doing nothing – just hanging out. Multiple police cars with their lights on at the stop light right next to it on Dobson. Real quality environment

One of the best Whataburgers outside of Texas I’ve ever been to. The customer service and staff here are amazing, especially the managers. We didn’t have any issues but the service is top notch, we’ve been to a few locations in Phoenix metro while visiting and this one is the best.

I recommend this place for a quick lunch! The service was really nice and thanked us when we walked out. The fries were REALLY good and the ketchup was also REALLY good and my burger was also so amazing! I got the Fanta drink there and It tasted mostly like water, maybe the flavor was low. I love this place and would like to come back!

This location was super clean! Every table that wasn’t in use was spotless, the high chairs were clean and the bathroom was clean as well! The food was hot and delicious. I had a bacon cheese burger with green chile and some onion rings and everything was perfect. I got a free kids meal for my son. I had a great experience with every staff member I interacted with and the atmosphere was calm and casual. 10/10

Had me sitting in the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes just to get home and have no ketchup with my large fries and they’re cold. You’re lucky I don’t give you guys 1 star. Im sure the burger will be good so hopefully I don’t have to drop a star and edit this review.

After placing my order in the drive through i waited 27 minutes to get my food. Not a huge order 3 burger meals. There were only 3 other cars in front of me. Food was warm and order was complete but a complete waste of time.

I haven’t been here in a long time and maybe I need to stay clearftom this place. Obviously, the manager was not too concerned that my son bit into a piece of plastic in his burger. Says we can come back within 7 days to redeem the meal. I mentioned fries were old and dry. He made it sound like I was trying to get all three meals replaced. After this experience, I don’t think I want to come back at all.

Today is the last time that I will stop at this Whataburger. They just can’t seem to get an order correctly. In the past we have been missing fries, or jalapeños.We have ordered burgers with zero onions, only to find them loaded with onions. We have ordered unsweetened iced tea due to diabetes, only to have gotten sweet tea. Which leads us to today’s order. Once again a burger loaded with onions, and a rancid iced tea.
