Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Everytime I have been here they are nice and never get my order wrong and it’s good food! I love this place on days I eat out which isn’t very often. They never disappoint here! I also can do delivery which I LOVE for cold/ snowy days or even days I don’t want to leave. The delivery order have always been great as well. They have breakfast too ! Compared to other places I think it’s more of a reasonable price when ordering for more then one.

Run of the mill Whataburger. We got the breakfast bowl and the breakfast burger. The bowl is basically biscuits and gravy with your eggs and bacon thrown in-between. The burger is a bunch of the proteins with a little of their sauce. Nothing special but it fills a hole (not that it’s filling).

I’m so happy that Whataburger is thriving in Colorado Springs; now move north! Our visit was good. The star of my #5 combo was the Whataburger With Bacon and Cheese, but the fries were really good too, and the meal paired beautifully with an oversize “medium” Dr. Pepper. I can only knock Whataburger architecture, which has gone from from A-Frame to A-Frame-Inspired to Boring-Box, or “Used Car Dealership” (as coined by my daughter).

We came to order some delicious Whataburger and we were met with poor customer service from I believe the name is Devon and semi OK customer service from Geo. Devon was absolutely rude and sounded like he didn’t wanna work there and had a problem explaining the difference between a taquito and a burrito and yeah it was just absolutely a bad experience for my first time at Whataburger tighten up please and thank you. The manager on duty or shift supervisor seemed perfectly at ease to let this guy (there for at least an hour) sleep in their dining establishment. It is not a quality burger establishment when they let the corner become a homeless shelter.

I went thru the drive thru and waited at the window while they prepared my order. The lady that took my credit card with latex gloves on and thats fine but she didn’t change them to handle food. I know this because I watched her the whole time. I watched her because this same thing happened about 3 weeks ago with another lady doing the exact same thing. This time to add to it, the lady tonight was touching her hair and eating something with those same gloves, while talking with her coworker/employee. By law they’re supposed to change their gloves after handling cash, credit cards or registers/computers screens.

This is my 3rd and final review and complaint. I spent 19.41 on 2 bacon whataburgers and you people don’t come close to the company’s standards. The bun was soggy like it had been wet. Both burgers were cold, lettuce and tomatoes were old. The reason it’s my last time im going to contact the company office and tell them about the 3 different problems i encountered there. The management doesn’t respond and to be completely honest your employees have nasty attitudes
I asked for a military coffee and the girl rolled her eyes like she didn’t want to do it. By tomorrow at 5pm the home office will have a detailed report on all 3 times.

I for one dig whataburger. But this location did terrible. They get the order wrong and gave me only half of it. Then they made the other half which ended up being a different sandwich entirely.
The service was very kind and graceful with their handling, but just off all-in-all.

9 minutes to get my meal out, I expected that. What has also become an expectation is damp, limp, soggy French fries. As a Texan, I know better can be done. As a matter of fact, the brand new store on mesa ridge is 1 for 1 with chick fil a speed and crispy salty French fries.
I understand the staff is relatively new, as a former fast food dude, put the fries in the bag after the burger has been made. If you keep fries in the bag the entire 9 minutes I am waiting fries get soggy. I’m paying 14 dollar for this meal, I would like quality above Burger King for a price so high.
Green hatch burger was damn good though.

Took my 86-year old dad in for a birthday burger and the staff was so friendly and kind- a young man followed us outside afterward and handed him a free cookie which really made his day!
