Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This is my by far my favorite whataburger in El Paso. It’s still has the original roof it’s always clean inside and out. I LOVE how the team leaders encourage their team members no matter how busy they get they always jump in without causing confusion. My meals are always made fresh with no mistakes thanks team work makes the dream work. Special shout out to Eduardo, Rebeca, and Arturo.

Went through the drive thru yesterday. Asked for regular ketchup and mustard on the side and plastic utensils. Asked to pull up after paying at the window, which is no problem. Employee brings my order and walks away immediately before I can check the order. Need to add I went through the drive thru because I am handicapped and have to walk with a cane, getting in and out of the car is difficult for me and takes a lot of time. When looking through my order no ketchup no plastic ware. I did have the mustard. I make my way out of my car and walk inside and notice an employee at one of the tables, I’m pretty sure it was the District manager because he was wearing what I would call an upper management shirt. Told him what happened and I told him I did not receive the ketchup or plastic ware. He apologized and asked spicy or regular ketchup and I said regular. He gave me the items in a bag and even threw in an apple pie which was very nice of him. I get to my hotel room and pulled everything out and the District manager gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular . Very disappointing and ended up not eating my fries because I really enjoy ketchup with my fries. Looking at my receipt it even shows plastic ware, mustard and regular ketchup on my order. Need to slow down and pay attention to details on customers orders. After experiencing the District manager still giving me the wrong ketchup I understand why this store doesn’t pay attention to details on an order, it is leader led behavior. Have to do better.

Had pre-order a #7 to go since I only had a 20 min break from work. When they take my meal to me to the parking spot, I checked my bag and as always no napkins or ketchup. I asked the employee for some and he took 5 min to come back out with them. I get back to work and I bite into my burger and it was practically a paper-thin and dried out patty. There were pieces missing of the patty!! C’mon Whataburger, you guys used have some juicy burgers and better service. Oh and the onion rings were over fried that the whole meal was dissapointing that I ended up throwing it away.

The workers were rude, the young man taking orders had a horrific attitude and tossed stuff at me. Missing items and the quality was awful. Horrible location, poor quality of food that you pay for, and poor attitude. All around not a good location.

Very good service, especially when Luis M. The cashier is working, he is always very polite, nice and helpful. We always appreciate his service and like to go to this Whataburger is near our workplace. The manager should reward Luis M. This was my first Whataburger experience, and It was a really bad one. The burgers looked depressing, and the only good part of the food was the fries and there pretty cool spicy ketchup. I try to keep my reviews positive, but the burgers were just sad.

I placed an order through the app but accidentally selected the wrong store. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order under my name. After checking the app, I realized I had chosen the wrong location. Despite the mix-up and how busy they were, the manager on duty still took care of my order. Their attention to customer service was outstanding — it’s rare to experience that kind of service these days. Truly appreciated!
