Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

For real Not even edible. What type of spicey chicken is this Whataburger? It’s been over 20yrs since I ate Whataburger due to this type of quality and cardboard flavor burgers. This is what you give me when I come back . Do better for the other customers, I’m done. You’re food is terrible. Texas, please season your meats that aren’t BBQ.

The girl who took my order was very energetic. She took my order, and greeted me with a smile and a good morning at the window. Then, she proceeded to read back my order to make sure that it was correct. That is what makes a fantastic employee.

I love this location since it opened. But last night I was utterly disappointed with how our food was treated. I payed over $51 and my food came out quick, but was not right. The standard of Service has declined. We were given old floppy fries. Burgers were thrown together and were lukewarm.

I never learned this Whataburger is a joke cooks are just joking on the back ask for real egg for a platter and told her not to over cook it and it was the whole opposite of what I ask server took it back and came back with it said that the cook said that the way she cook it if I didn’t like it go somewhere else the cook was a Cuban she said to me to go à la pinga which i don’t know what she meant please management do something about this feel free to call me

Their Manager did not even speak to us, she went from being on her phone in the area to the right of the registers to bypassing us and going to an employee. She could have said SOMETHING to acknowledge that we were even in the store. We were standing at the counter she just walked by, trying to give them money to support this location.
Extremely disappointing, new store same West Texas Attitude!!!

My husband went thru the drive thru to grab us a quick dinner. Sadly, when we both bit into our burgers, we both noticed how cold and dry the patties, cheese and even fries were! We were both disappointed. I hope ya’ll do better.

0 stars if I can! I’m tired of how rude and lack of customer service they have! As well as always getting my order wrong. I placed an order through door dash and I am sure it is from this location, because of my address and I specifically asked for no cheese as well as asked for bacon on my sandwich. They put 2 slices of damn cheese and no bacon! I also asked for extra spicy ketchup on the side no ketchup nor straws for out drinks. And if I were to have gone in person I wait 40 min for my order when its literally 2 meals! I tried calling multiple times to let them know, and they refuse to answer the damn phone! I complained on the doordash app already and I’m just annoyed of how they can’t follow simple instructions!
